General Information
Jingisukan, also known as "Genghis Khan", is a traditional dish originating from Japan.
It is a type of shabushabu, a Japanese hot pot dish, that involves cooking marinated lamb meat or mutton in a cast-iron pan. It is served sizzling straight from the pan to the table, and each guest cooks their own meat to their preferred doneness. The meat is typically marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil, giving it a rich, savory flavor.

Ingredients
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 lb (450g) of lamb or mutton, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup (60ml) of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15ml) of sesame oil
1 tsp (5ml) of freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp (30ml) of finely chopped scallions or green onions (for garnish)

Feel free to add any of your favourite vegetables!!!
The Cooking
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cubed meat, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well, ensuring that all the meat is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavour.

Step 2: Heat Up the Hot Pot
Set your hot pot or shabushabu pot on low heat and allow it to heat up. If you don't have a hot pot, you can use a wide, flat-bottomed skillet or a cast-iron griddle.

Step 3: Grill the Meat on the Hot Pot
When the hot pot is heated, take the marinated meat out of the refrigerator and spoon it onto the hot pot. The meat should sizzle as it hits the hot surface. Use chopsticks or skewers to flip the pieces and evenly cook them on all sides.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Once the meat is cooked to your desired doneness, take it out of the hot pot and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with the chopped scallions and serve immediately. Serve with dipping sauces of your choice, such as ponzu sauce or goma dare (roasted sesame seed dressing).
Enjoy your homemade Jingisukan!
Afterword
The dish 'Jingisukan' is named after Genghis Khan, the legendary Mongolian ruler who lived in the 13th century. The dish is believed to be in reference to the sheep-favouring diet of the Mongolian people. The name 'Jingisukan' might also have been chosen to reference pot it was cooked with, resembling a helmet.

I hope this guide helps you create and enjoy your own version of the delicious Jingisukan dish. Remember, the key to a great hot pot experience is to enjoy the cooking process and the company you're sharing it with. Happy cooking!

;P
In all seriousness, 'XINGISKAN' is a mini-game that takes getting used to.
It's based on differences in sensitivity between levels. Earlier levels are easier. In final levels you'll have to hold the button as soon as the missle stops moving upwards and before it starts going down.

Basically, my advice is - push the button before you think you should. You'll have to take precautions and act before your own instincts.

After a few tries you'll get the hang of it and get your well-deserved 1 Love and an achivement for finishing Xingiskan. If you want to get all the Love in the game Xingiskan has to be completed.

Good luck!
