Game won't start fix problem

If the game won't start or doesn't work correctly , you need to go into the game folder and inside the "bin" folder find "steam_api.dll" and copy it into the main game folder where " Theship.exe " is located.

have you even tried the compatibility mode, for some old games it should work , otherwise i don't know
