3 years ago, I started with Dark Souls 3 and feared invaders because I thought they were strong. One day by playing with 2 players summoned in Elden Ring, I got invaded. He destroyed them, and I ran away. But I finally took my responsibilities and faced him. I decided I'll not fear him anymore and I'll fight him, no matter the outcome. It was hard, I received some hits, I retaliated. I finally beat him. I changed my mind to overcome this situation and it’s my better experience.
Regardless of your skills, stop fearing invaders.
Whenever you are invaded, just fight back until you win or lose. You'll be better after each encounter. Resilience is the key to overcome any situation in this game, and it's the message of Elden Ring.
No need to spread hate upon invaders or gank squads
And if you're invading for the sole purpose of honorable duels with other people looking for PVP, just go play Dark souls 3 at pontiff bonfire, or in elden arena duels.
Why are you complaining about an unfair advantage in a game series about the odds being stacked up against you?
Gank fights are a core component to a souls game. Something tells me you struggled with Ornstien and smough, or godskin duo, meaning you didn't learn the methods of taking on more enemy than once (and you didnt read the countless "luring out one by one required ahead" messages)
Coansp, I doubt you'll read this, but invaders do not get mad against more than 1 person. Invasions are HEAVILY stacked against invaders to begin with, but gankers try to create essentially unwinnable situations for invaders. That isn't even a game anymore, it's just self-masturbatory ego stroking. The reality of Elden Ring being an unbalanced pvp game is plenty evident, don't worry, but this guy is literally just breaking that parity as much as possible, and literally claims it's fair. Like...lick my ass on that one. I understand people getting salty and trying to counter invaders for a playthrough, but to then make a hobby out of it? To get so into ganking you write an entire guide? Bruh. Serious incontinent energy.
