Hi guys!
Just a quick guide on how to have a better gameplay experience in the game. It's a very simple setup, but it's not available in the game yet. It could be something the devs might add in the future as a suggestion :)

As you know, the game has only three main buttons: jump, attack, and dash. It's very simple to play through the game without much trouble. The fun part comes when trying the time trial modes, which demand more from the player. My problem arises when trying to perform those three actions with just one thumb.

Trying to use the jump, attack, and move the camera at the same time can be difficult. So, one way I found to solve this, which I hope the devs will add in the future, is to assign more buttons to those actions. Steam allows this through the 'Steam Input Control' option.

You just need to access the Steam interface, (shift and tab at the same time with the game open) select the 'Steam Input Control' option, and choose the option of edit.

After that, it will allow you to modify the actions of the controller buttons, you just have to click on the button you want to modify and then select the new action you want it to perform, in my case, I assigned the triggers to attack and dash,

This way, the game now allows me to jump, attack, and move the camera at the same time without relying on just one thumb to do all that.

I hope this helps improve your game experience. Cheers!

To clarify: Jump, Attack and camera movement are all done on the right side of the controller (using the right thumb). This is very strenuous on the hand, although it was done this way only because it's a familiar control setup.

As this guide does, you're free to use Steam Input to map copies of Jump and Attack to the following buttons because LB, RB, B, Y, and the stick clicks have no in-game function.

In addition, for those with Playstation, Nintendo or Steam controllers, also consider mapping the gyroscope to mouse movement. The game accepts mouse input simultaneously with controllers, so you'll be able to look around much more fluently.
