I have 7 staff and they keep having problems that brings down their mood. The floating look is a good idea since it keeps those pesky ghost birbs out.

Thanks. I was hoping to get 11 like my previous school but new Discordance penalty for too many staff prevents that. The Staff area at the top has 12 beds for staffing but sadly can't have more without massive mental breaks.
