Bold statement there, mate. I do agree in some ways like how the story further connects black flag and III and how the Templar perspective is handled but the game is still far from being a complete product. If they had focused on Rogue for 2014 and released Unity in 2015, I believe the series would be in a much different place than where it stands today.

Unpopular opinion: Rogue is better than Unity

The setting in this game is among my favourites. Being able to freely explore the American frontier and the untame waters of Atlantic Ocean in a very overlooked time period in gaming is such a unique experience. I can only wish they had developed this game for 2 more years and then we would definitely have a cult classic.
