This is how you fix it:
1. Make sure the game is closed. (because it overrides all configs when closed)
2. Open (for Windows)
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\CrimeBoss\Steam\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.ini
(OR for Linux)
<SteamLibrary-folder>/steamapps/compatdata/2933080/pfx/Game.ini
3. Copy this in there:
[/script/movieplayer.movieplayersettings] bWaitForMoviesToComplete=False StartupMovies=
4. Save and enjoy shorter launch time and being able to hear after launching the game.

No shader compiling after that, so I'm having 1 FPS in main menu :ViMad:

After i put this thing, I cant join any multiplayer session now, it always full

Doing this ended the always precompile shaders for me.

I did also update my nvidia to 566.36 right before this. And that caused endless black screen with loading. So after updating drivers, run game to menu with the videos. Then remove them.

The Shader compilation isn't happening all the time was due to an update, not this.

So, this is nice, but now the shader compiling no longer occurs before the game screen comes up.
