Realistic Red seal ships

This mod would have been perfect if it also edited the unit description dialogue that says the Red Seal Ship is "Largely defenseless".

it might be due to either the ships being constructed before you installing the mod, or a different mod is conflicting with this one. move this one at the top of the load order, it should fix the problem. was the same for me, but works now. ships that you built before adding the mod won't be affected by it though, only newly built ones

This mod is absolutely amazing, and the balancing is mostly good as well, I feel. The ships are strong, but you need a lot of research to get them, as well as the tradition building. Definitely feels like you're working towards an end-game unit. They are still weaker than the Nanban Trade Ships, but they are also cheaper and don't have a cap. One of the best mods, hands-down.

Could you possibly address 2 things maybe?

First, maybe just me, but it seems like their morale is still tied to the original ship's crew number. They quickly start wavering, even with 170+ men still onboard. Could you take a look at this?

Second, the cost is great, but the upkeep seems low for what it can do. Against Nanban ships, the upkeep is quite okay. But against other ships available at the same tier, like Heavy and Ataka Bune, they're just way too strong for their price, especially since Ataka are also capped. Would a version with 3-400 upkeep be too much?

I did install this mod + cannon bune, but the red seal's price 300$ + and upkeep 55$. Please fix it (the screenshot on my profile).

Plz make sure that u r using a new Red seal ship after install this mod. All of the old ship that bought before install this mod cannot get any upgreade.

for some reason when i start a naval battle the crew reverts back to bows and to a number of 80, the cannons also appear to be destroyed in battle

This thing is basically Walmart edition Nanban Trade Ship, or a glorified Cannon Bune (and I love it!)

Sadly I have no idea about this issue. In range 300 it does good works on my computer. Plz make sure u r using the new ship that u made after u using this mod. The old ship cannot have any cannon and musket man.
