BIOMORPH is a pretty great metroidvania where you absorb enemies to be able to transform into them. I thought the exploration and variety of moves were its strong points, along with the art. Most monsters had unique enough moves that enabled some fun usage of their abilities to navigate both past intended barriers that only open to that transform and to explore into areas that felt unintended. I only had a couple complaints, mostly that I thought bosses could have used a bit more variety in how many attacks each had, especially the final bosses felt really simplistic and made for an underwhelming finish to the game. Another minor annoyance was that you had to go back to a save point in order to change out your loadout at all, meaning if you saw a room that required a specific monster transform to pass (and didn't spawn one in the room for you), you'd have to go all the way back to a save then return in order to get past it. I'd generally recommend the game for sure though, especially to someone who's into the exploration aspects of metroidvanias.

The game is to some extent nonlinear, though some sections naturally do happen after others since you unlock the abilities enabling you to enter the zone at the end of others, I just put the bosses in the order in which I personally fought them.
