Vampirism basically eliminates satiation which has a lot of utility. It's also totally worthless in a god run because you develop ways of healing infinite health pretty instantly. So... what, you take it to help you in the early game of the god run? Even if it comes up early when it might be helpful, you're exchanging a percentage of your early game max HP for it. Why? Unlimited healing is available when you get to the Hiisi base and you can really crank up your max health in the jungle with heart mages.
Vampirism is a perk for newbies or themed challenge runs.. Not relevant for this guide's stated purpose.
