It essentially gives you 105 main attr and 70 movement speed if you maximise movement speed. Subtract the 70 main attr you 'spent', you get 30 main attr and 70 movement speed as bonus. Or if you're going to maximise movement speed anyway, it is 105 main attr as bonus.
Compared with lvl 3 Critical Lucky, which is equivalent to a 1.6 fold Dmg amplifier, F&P provides the same bonus Dmg when you have 175 main attr (normally) and provides other benefits. CL is probably only better than F&P if you have 315+ main attr (Worg), 160+ (Archer), and less for characters those rely on movement speed and main attr less. (N.B. that 315/160 need to be purely the absolute value increasement from lvl up and gears, because %increase also works on the attr F&P provides.)
Shadow Skin - When hit by a melee attack, the enemy is cursed, reducing their primary stat by 0.5/0.75/1 points (stacks 3 times).
It is actually 0.5/0.75/1 times gladiator's level. Still not very useful (to anyone other than Executioners), but not as ridiculous as the description shows.
