Simply play through the game to get the five chapter related achievements.

I simply quote the answer from the developer to the question of a player here:

"You need to exhaust all dialogue options when you chat with Jackie at night in Chapter 3, then talk to her again in Chapter 4 and agree when she offers to stare at the city together."

For me, this doesn't work out. I revisited Chapter 3 a couple of times and exhausted the dialogue but the option of watching the city doesn't come up in Chapter 4. I don't know the solution here and I will revisit the game if someone comes up with the solution.

For the "Complicated Mess"-Achievement you need to click on every article in the four newspapers, which will appear in your virtual NET Port after every Chapter. You can simply play through the game and in the end screen of Chapter 4 before you go to bed, open your NET port and click on every article once.

There are four articles on every newspaper, so 16 in total. It is not enough to only open the newspaper slides.
