Welcome to Zolaar's Star Wars: The Rebel Alliance civilization.



Expansion requirements: This mod requires both Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm DLC to use.

Tibanna Gas
Adds a new Strategic Resource, Tibanna Gas. This resource is available to to any civilization and is improved with a unique Tibanna Refinery improvement. Provides bonuses to Production, Gold, and Science. Upon successful research, can be converted to provide +3 Combat Strength to Air Units when: Defending vs anti air, Attacking vs air units, Attacking vs land units, or Defending vs air units via project.

Civilization: The Rebel Alliance
Ability: Heart of a Rebellion
+10 Combat Strength when outside of Friendly Territory.
The first Envoy sent to a City-State count as two Envoys.
Envoys sent to City-States that Rebel Alliance has a Trade Route with count as two Envoys.
Gains an extra level of Diplomatic Visibility with Civilizations that have a Rebel Alliance Trading Post.

Infrastructure: Alliance Command
A unique district only buildable by The Rebel Alliance. Allows for the production of X-Wings. Unique 3-tier building chain that provide different bonuses based on the Leader. District and Buildings receive City-State bonuses for Encampment.

Infrastructure: Mos Eisley
A unique Wonder only buildable by The Rebel Alliance. Upon completion, grants 2 X-Wing units. Once Robotics is researched, grants the Millenium Falcon.

Unit: X-Wing
A unique Anti-Cavalry to The Rebel Alliance. Requires unique resource Tibanna Gas. Has a unique promotion tree. Gains bonuses to Combat Strength, Movement, and Sight as technologies are researched.

Unit: Millenium Falcon
A unique unit to The Rebel Alliance with a unique promotion tree, comparable to the Giant Death Robot. Generates an Aura of 10 hexes, that provides +10 Combat Strength when defending vs. anti-air to all Air Units and +10 Combat Strength to X-Wing Units.

Leader: Mon Mothma
Voice of the Rebellion
Provides +1 Diplomatic Favor for each Alliance Command District.
+10% Culture in cities with an Alliance Command District.
+15% Production towards [ICON_District] Districts and Buildings in Cities that have established a Trade Route with a City-State.
Alliance Command Buildings: Buildings of the Rebellion
Rebel Operations Center: Provides +1 Great Artist, Great Musician, and Great Writer points per turn.
Intelligence Hub: Provides +1 Spy and Spy capacity.
Command and Control Center: Provides +1 Greatwork Slot of any kind, +1 Influence per turn, and +1 Culture Yield per used Influence Token.

Leader: Leia Organa
Inspiring Presence
+10 Combat Strength for units within 2 tiles of a friendly city or district.
+1 Amenity from Entertainment Complexes and Water Parks.
Double experience points for units trained in cities with an Entertainment Complex or Water Park.
Alliance Command Buildings: Inspiration of the Rebellion
Rebel Operations Center: Provides +1 Great Engineer and Great Merchant points per turn.
Intelligence Hub: Ensures all Spy Operations have a higher chance of success.
Command and Control Center: Provides +1 Trade Route capacity and Trade Routes to City-States gain 100% of their yield.

Leader: Luke Skywalker
Jedi Knight
+10 Combat Strength for Melee and Cavalry units.
+5 Combat Strength for all units within 2 hexes of a Great General.
Gain a free Great General when recruiting or patronaging the first Great Person.
Alliance Command Buildings: Jedi of the Rebellion
Rebel Operations Center: Provides +1 Great Admiral and Great General points per turn.
Intelligence Hub: Provides +10 Combat Strength to all units within 5 hexes of a Spy and all Spies gain +3 Sight.
Command and Control Center: Provides +10 Combat Strength to all Levied units and Levying City-State units cost 50% less Gold.

What is the requirement to build the alliance command? Also you should make the xwings a tech. I started turn 1 with 2 barbarian xwings 5 tiles from my starting city.

Needs some balancing rework. Base game units are wayyyyy too strong for what they should be.
