Me's Very Rocky Collection

Description
A mod that adds mr me as a playble character, and more than 20 items to play around with! (note: this mod requires Repentagon and its recomended you have EID for the modded items)

# Me character
"Me" (not to be confused with real mr me) starts with Mom's bracelet and lil chest, at 2 soul hearts (he can have red health still), with flight and spectral tears... or rocks? at a slow rate, the rocks trown using his bracelet copy his tear effects and damage too!

there's no blood clots for lament and volt hearts, could you make some? outside of that, neat mod!

The mod seems to require Custom health API even though it doesn't say it requires it here on the workshop page
