How to enable Bonus content
Bonus content can be enabled from the Cheat Menu. To open it you need to press CTRL+SHIFT+TAB and then CTRL+C and wait a couple of seconds (cursor will be inactive). In the Cheat Menu select Flags tab and search for bonus. Double click on BONUS_FL option in search results (an X will appear near it).

How to enable mini games
On the same Flags tab in the Cheat Menu search for games. Double click on CELLPHONE_ENABLE_GAMES and UI_CELLPHONE_GAMES_L... options.
