Trigger a SCP-106 spawn animation. SCP-106 spawns after a certain amount of time like a ticking clock so you just have to wait or though hard to do early game find an event where he spawns.

No Man's Land / Shell Shocked
No Man's Land: Escaped the Old Man's Pocket Dimension.




Escape the Pocket Dimension ; To enter the pocket dimension you first need to let SCP-106 touch you 😳 escaping this mostly requires timing your walks whilst not wasting time except for the room where SCP-106 is above you in which you're required to kneel (crouch) to progress.
Optional: Before you try to escape if you can, remember to check the starting corridors for a burnt note as this note contains a code we will need for another achievement further on

Now escaping it will most likely damage you but you will be sent to the Machine Room within Heavy Containment which has medkits,eyesdrops and a Level 3 Card for all your current problems so you'll be okay , If you dont have a card already do pick up the Level 3 as its there so people dont get softlocked.

Shell Shocked: Lured the Old Man through a Tesla Gate




Lure SCP-106 through a Tesla Gate getting him shocked thus making him stop chasing you. If you can't find one in Light Containment it means you have to use the one at Enterance Zone if that happens don't worry I have setup a reminder version of this way later when you can find the one I'm on about.

Technical Accomplishments
Technical Accomplishments: Acquired the S-NAV Navigator Ultimate




Pickup a S-NAV Ultimate. This can be done by putting a S-NAV on Very Fine or a S-NAV 310 on Fine setting in SCP-914 an early way to get an S-NAV is to get the one at the Small Testing Room in Light Containment simply put the room with the two large windows that comes with a guaranteed SCP-173 event so do be careful anyways the other spots it can spawn at are all in Enterance Zone and they are as follows: On a desk in 2-Level Office,on a shelf in Server Farm and in Basic Office.

Does the Black Moon Howl!?????
Does the Black Moon Howl!?????: Yes. No. Yes. No.




Pickup a Level 6 Key Card. These can be easily acquired while going for an Omni Key Card as they bloat its loot pool or in other words they are in every loot pool Omni Key Card is in and are way more common than it these cards are also a refrence to Project Thaumiel and serve no other purpose ingame as they just repeat what the achievement says when used.

Unlimited Access
Unlimited Access: Acquired an Omni-level keycard.




Pickup an Omni Key Card. These can be acquired by putting any Key Card on Very Fine or putting a Level 5 Key Card on Fine setting in SCP-914 (by the way although 5s have a higher chance they are impractical to get compared to bunch of Level 4s) also do note that this card has a unique mechanic tied to it where the higher the amount of ingame achievements you have the more your chances of getting it increases likewise lowering the difficulty does increase your chances as well.

The easiest way to get this is playing on Safe difficulty then increasing the amount of cards you have with 914 and how you do that is by turning cards into mastercards then putting them into SCP-914 on Coarse to get 4 quarters then turning these 4 quarters to cards by putting them on Fine or Very Fine (latter gives a higher level of card) before starting the previous process mentioned then upgrading multiple preferably Level 4/5 cards I would highly recommend you get a few achievements (Highest-ranking of the Foundation is one I recommend you get heavily reasons why is written down in its section) and pickup the wallet item from the Light Containment Storeroom aka the room with the single stair and 2 corpses (which has a guaranteed SCP-173 spawn event right on it) as it can hold cards,coins and keys. By the way Omni Key Card has the same level of clearance as a Level 5 Key Card.

Physics Note: Items on the ground can push each other so putting too many items close to each other in 914 can result in some ending oob

Trespasser
Trespasser: Found the Skeleton Key




Pickup SCP-005 from either its chamber in Light Containment which requires a Level 4 Key Card or If its not there the event SCP-106 spawns in said chamber replaces it forcing you to pick it up from its other spawn area aka at the corpse in SCP-409's chamber picking it up there would most likely force you to touch the body getting you in contact with SCP-409 only way to survive through SCP-409's crystallization is via a SCP-500-1. SCP-005 can open any door with a lock pad be it a hand scanner or a numpad so on so I highly recommend you pick it up.

The Final Solution
The Final Solution: Encountered the Atrocity Skull.




Touch SCP-1123 (which can be found in Light Containment) and witness the holocoust PTSD experience SCP-1123 gives do note that If SCP-173 is near it can kill you when the experience ends as you are shortly blinded when it does. Containment chamber that houses it requires a Level 3 Key Card to open.

Pickup SCP-207. Which is found in its chamber in Light Containment it requires a Level 3 Key Card to enter.

Equip SCP-1033RU. It can be acquired from its chambers in Light Containment which requires a Level 3 Key Card to access.

Use SCP-1162. A safe way to do this is dropping all your important items then picking up a useless one like per say a document you've read. The chamber that houses it in Light Containment needs a Level 2 Key Card to open.

Enter SCP-012's chambers in Light Containment then get pulled by the temptation. Chamber requires a Level 3 Key Card to access. Also a good way to get the hand item behind it is just doing a circular/backwards sprinting motion to keep yourself away from it while slowly approaching the item.

A Taste of Immortality: Swallowed a sample of Panacea.




Eat an instance of SCP-500-1 they can be found in Light Containment in its chambers (this has multiple) ,in the storage room in SCP-035's chamber which requires a passcode that out of desperation/impatience SCP-035 gives you to gain your trust so you let him out and that is 5731 or in maintenance tunnels storage on a shelf.

Make a SCP-427 by putting a SCP-500-1 on Fine setting in SCP-914 then open the locket/SCP to get the achievement.

Screams of the Present: Wore a GP-5 Gas Mask.




Wear SCP-1499. It can be found in its chambers in Light Containment and needs a Level 3 Key Card. By the way the rare mask error from original SCP:CB persists in a unique ish way so everything except the NPCs can disappear when using like the original making the NPCs fall through the floor but this time not you thus making it safer to use if you get it.

Read a page of SCP-1025 it can be found in its chambers in Light Containment and requires a Level 3 Key Card to access.Your unfortunate death by reading this can be prevented via the use of a pre-equipped SCP-714,swallowing SCP-500-1 or any upgraded Gas Mask tho the gas mask only protects from lung cancer and common cold.

Pickup SCP-714. Its chamber is in Light Containment and requires a Level 3 Key Card to open.

Cup of Joe: Get into the sticky situation.




Pickup SCP-198. Only way to remove it is via SCP-1162 which will kill you otherwise you could use a medkit to survive a tad bit longer tho the reduced stamina won't be restored so once again reloading a save is a good option BUTTTT you'll lose your precious cup companion so its always a tough choice. Chambers of it requires a Level 3 Key Card.

The Slime
The Slime: Found SCP-447 and refinded it in SCP-914.




SCP-447 can be found in its chambers in Light Containment it requires a Level 4 Key Card to access after picking it up combine it in SCP-914 with any medical equipment to make it minty. I would highly recommend you do this with a small first aid kit as the combination gives the best healing item in the entire game.

Shell Shocked
Shell Shocked: Lured the Old Man through a Tesla Gate




Lure SCP-106 through a Tesla Gate getting him shocked thus leaving your tail. If you can't find one in Light Containment it means you have to use the one at Enterance Zone if that happens do be careful with triggering the MTF as they can disable Tesla Gates.

Doctor,Doctor: Found the cure.




Get the aggro of SCP-049. The first time he spawns is when you go to the Surveillance Room in Light Containment to disable the Checkpoint Lockdown to progress the game.

Don't Look At Me: Encountered the Shy Guy.




Trigger the cutscene of SCP-096 in Heavy Containment in Small Server Room killing a guard or in its own chambers doing the same thing with someone else note that these events force you to blink and spawn SCP-096 which can now roam Heavy Containment.

Anomalous Ducks
Anomalous Ducks: Found an anomalous duck.




Find an anomalous duck and get close to its achievement trigger they can be found in Heavy Containment triangular catwalk, in 2 Level Office event in Enterance zone which it disappears after blinking and in Server Rooms event where it rotates towards you and yet again disappears after you blink.

Ice-olated Incident
Ice-olated Incident: Found a room contanimated with red ice.




Entered then load SCP-009's chamber. You can get while trying to escape the Pocket Dimension as there is a bug where when you fall your corpse might fall down into its chambers also its chamber's observation rooms requires a Level 3 Key Card to access.

Crystal Death
Crystal Death: Got close to the Contagious Crystal.




Touch SCP-409 or the body next to it in its containment chamber which will start your crystallization process granting you the achievement. The chamber in which it resides is protected by a Level 4 Key Card door.

The Starling Statue: Encountered the Black Statue.




See SCP-650 from its chamber observation room thus being its target which requires a Level 3 Key Card to access.
Optional: Before reloading a save/leaving take a look at the Unknown Note in the observation room and remember its code as you'll need it for a future achievement.

If You Ring It, He Will Come: Encountered an Old Cowbell.




Ring SCP-513 starting the stalking process which can only end when you put the SCP through SCP-914 on Course/Rough destroying it. It can be found in its chambers in Heavy Containment and requires a Level 2 Key Card to access.

Trigger SCP-035 to stand up and talk to you this can be done from its observation chamber in Heavy Containment that needs a Level 5 Key Card.

Dirty Metal: Acquired the "Telekill Alloy"




Pickup SCP-148/Metal Panel from SCP-035's chambers you can enter it when SCP-035 leaves its chamber this can be done from its observation chamber which requires a Level 5 Key Card (ingot version of this which you can get by putting the Metal Panel on Coarse/Rough can be used to upgrade gear like gas masks,ballistic vests and hazmat suits in SCP-914 to give it some SCP resistances to SCP 012,895,966 respectively on another note ballistic helmets aren't in the list if you couldnt tell because they don't combine.

The Burning Man: Encountered SCP-457




Enter SCP-457's containment area which is accessed via its elevators in Heavy Containment.

Rapid Eye Movement: Encountered the Sleep Killers.




See an instance of SCP-966 with the use of a Night Vision Goggles the SCP/s can be found in Heavy Containment in its open chambers guarded by a Level 3 Key Card door. (If they decide to be hostile towards you you recieve a debuff which decreases your sprint and blink recharge only way to remove it is via SCP-500-1).

Biohazard: Encountered the Zombie Plague.




Go down to SCP-008's chambers in Heavy Containment (The chambers require a Level 4 Key Card but you don't need to go in that deep as going down there gives you the achievement anyways).

Interference: Encountered an Old Coffin.




Enter SCP-895's chambers (you'll probably do this as you need to disable its camera feed so SCP-079 doesn't use it against you anymore) then go down to the Coffin area into the room with the Key Card on the floor which has a chance to trigger an event where SCP-106 spawns also do note that SCP-966s can spawn at the stairs blocking you from going up after passing them If you encountered their chamber before this.

To enter his office you need to do one of the following: Listen to a radio that was refined in SCP-914 on Very Fine while next to his office as the radio will start a series of beeps which is the morse code version of the code,find his burnt note in the Pocket Dimension or use SCP-005 on the pad.

Open then enter Doctor Harp's office. Ways to enter his office is are as follows via hearing the code yourself on radio Channel 5 that being 7816 or using SCP-005.

Finish the game after containing SCP-055 which will grant you its ingame achievement giving you this achievement (The whole point for this joke achievement is to tell you you already contained SCP-055 and forgot about it as those are its memetic properties).

Survival In a Nightmare
Survival In a Nightmare: Beat the game on Keter difficulty.




Beat the game on Keter difficulty. Note: The endings that can crash your game are as follows Gate A Ending 1 (you can tell this is about to happen when the sfx for micro and the gunshots starts playing before SCP-106 emerges from the floor only way to avoid it is rushing to the ending tunnels hoping you make it to the end result screen before it does now onto the other ending that can crash your game Gate B Ending 2 with warhead on and to let you know this doesn't have an indicator.
Tips
-Remember the layouts of a map seed although Keter or higher does change certain rooms with harder ones such as replacing an empty hallway with any lockroom variation it shouldn't cause too much of a problem
-Get something to protect yourself from bullets a Very Fine upgraded SCP-1033RU is what I recommend as it can allow you to take two shots that aren't aimed at your head while also protecting you from SCP-049 so ons melee' as for other options you could use a heavy ballistic vest or a normal ballistic vest for a similar chest protection or if you keep getting one shot headshotted a ballistic helmet can help with that
-Pickup and upgrade a gas mask/hazmat suit to a Super Gas Mask or a Mysterious Hazmat Suit (suit also protects from SCP-049 like SCP-714 but takes longer to put so wouldn't recommend) via upgrading them in Fine/Very Fine or get SCP-109 so you can sprint for however long you want former ones are superior as Heavy Containment hallways usually have deadly decontanimation gasses which SCP-109 can't protect you from and SCP-109 can make you puke at zero sprint making you slower
-Get a Level 4/5 Key Card which you should eventually switch with a SCP-005 (If getting 005 is risky and you have a Level 4 you can get a Level 5 at 106s room as a replacement but this method will make you get hands/passcodes if you're unlucky)
-Pickup SCP-1499 as it can counter SCP-106 and can speed up MTF/049/173/939 so on
-Get a small/normal first aid kit or SCP-427 for healing (altough risky if you dont know what to do 427 is superior in my opinion as it doesn't have finite uses)
-Get a SCP-500 from its chamber as you might need it for SCP-409 or SCP-966s
-Make a S-NAV Ultimate so you can tell If SCPs are near
-Pickup SCP-714 if you can as it can help you survive SCP-049/012/1025 and allow you to take no damage from SCP-895's feeds
-Upgrade a Night Vision Goggles to Fine to remove its battery need earliest you can find one is at Storage Area 6
-Pickup SCP-860 as SCP-005 cant open it's door and said door might be needed to be opened to reach certain places in Enterance Zone
-If SCP-457 is in the way you can always lock him back in his chambers as he's slow and gets stuck very easily
-Don't enter Dr. L's office unless you must as you have tons of ways to get stuck in there if I were to compare it its basically as buggy as the starting area which has many softlocks
-Don't look at SCP-650 from his observation room as he is the most annoying backshot giving mf you can imagine
-Don't trigger SCP-1048's wave at a Light Containment checkpoint until you are done with Light Containment
-You can do a U turns to dodge SCP-049,SCP-106 and similar melee activated enemies tho its hard to do without sprinting
-Close SCP-895's camera feed so you don't get damaged at times you look at cameras
-Don't trigger a zombie from a Medical Bay unless you really need a healing item as they can open most doors like any other enemy
-In Storage Area 6 you'll probably have more than usual 939s so my tip for them is wait till you see the one behind you's nose/teeth then walk also If you are very very confident you can get a few stuck in the box formation with the hand where there is a corner you can enter but they can't also do note that once they rush at you you're probably done for
-Changing your gamma levels in the settings is broken so If you change it and then change it back to 100 aka default you will get 2 pillar like spaces left and right of your screen that won't be effected by any elements like gas mask' sh*itty hud
-Pausing the game at the start of 079's door control dialogue can crash your game so dont do that
-Lastly know that shift tabing is kinda broken so events like SCP-106 removing your pause menu to say "STOP HIDING" can happen while doing that as the ingame pause menu goes past any steam shift tabing interface for whatever reason

Mb. If I get in the mood again I'll check the room2toilets thing but other than that only thing I could recommend is checking different checkpoints or past SCP-860 as its not unusual if some parts of the facility ain't connected

Imma be real it could be many reasons such as something overriding another thing in this case could be :buckshotlive: 👮 💀 , you using enable console's console etc etc Soooo fastest legit way I can think of rn is safe mode on a good seed with level 1-2 next to each other iykyk then save scumming the fast way to level 5 to rush to it for buttsecks

i need a help for "by researcher james, age 11": i tried to search for the toilet in 2 different maps on the game and i couldn't find them, i tried to tp on them too by writing "teleport room2toilets". What can i do?

After seeing your comment I have tested and recorded it on Euclid and mastercards are still able to be turned into 4 quarters on coarse if your problem is missing quarters this is not mentioned in my guide but doing multiple mastercards can result in some ending outside of 914 as items have a collision box or something similar with each other thus pushing each other oob (I will add this collision information to the omni card part later)
