It’s Crystal tear from DLC . Dropped by very first fire golem .

Every weapon that can block have this effect . You don’t lose hp if you can maintain perfect deflect . But I found that elemental attacks still deal small chip damage .

Can you actually do that with golden Halberd or is this a sekiro mod added onto the weapon?
