Shop Balacing

Beskrivning
Balances the amount of action items that appear in the shop throughout gameplay.

There is a slider in the config (gear in the mods window) that adjusts the weight of their chance to appear in the shop ranging from 0 (never spawning) to 1 (normal spawn rate)

this worked so well! this mod even got me the the 3rd boss... and I have NEVER even beaten the first boss before! 10/10 mod!

on one hand Absorb + Multiply is gonna be a lot harder to get but on the other hand FINALLY I CAN GET ACTUAL UPGRADES IN LATE GAME
