No contact play through... UP, RIGHT, LOWER, RIGHT, LOWER, RIGHT... Basically following green goblin dude on his trike.

Meet and greet all ghosts for lusty hugs.. Most efficient rout I've found is, RIGHT, UP, RIGHT, UP, RIGHT, LOWER, RIGHT, LOWER, RIGHT.

@ Drow Sap - Its not a bug - the 9th gallery spot appears when you get the chalk from some but not all circus members.

I got all the top of A of The Mad World and only left now i need to get B side done but i have one left and i'm missing number 4 on the B side but where can i fine it please let me know i need this hint really bad ok so plz?

@Drow Sap, as far as I know it must be a bug, since the blank gallery slot will take on the name of the last gallery spot you were on before moving to it. Acrobat, circus prisoner, circus princess.
This leads me to believe it is a bug.

If you want full confirmation just zap the dev a message asking them about it. Towndarktales has a website I am sure there is a means to contact them there.

I did all that but missing the 9th gallery scene. It's called circus prisoner too so I thought it was getting chalk from everyone but running out of chalk but it doesn't give a different scene. Bug or did I miss something?
