Colorable Kobold (Slim)

Made a couple toony kobold models as requested of a friend. This here is the "slim" version!

Includes playercolor support, jigglebone tail, and blinking circles for eyes!

As a note, with the ragdoll there is a weird vertice stretching from the neck. When alive however everything works as intended. May fix if enough people want me to or can offer advice how to, I already checked that all vertices have a bone weight and therefore shouldnt be behaving this way when the model is in ragdoll.
