Introduction
So this guide will explain to you how to skip death/ revert the game over.
Note that this is a gamebreaking bug and if you want to enjoy the game without glitches, skip this guide.

So basically those steps below will make the game unlosable as long as you continue the steps every time you die.

Here's the explanation below
Explanation
1. So when you have this game over screen :

2. Just open the menu with Escape (the button on the far top right) :

3. Then click "save and quit"

4. When the main menu shows up : click play then continue

5. If the menu disappeared then it confirmed that it worked, if it still shows the menu, quit and re-do the steps.

6. After that, the game should bug a bit with you not being able to accelerate the game, to fix it, quit and re-open your game and click continue, if you followed all the steps, then the game should continue even if you lost.

7. If you die again, you can do this as much as you want, being immortal.

Finally, the IRS can do nothing against you.
Why does this happen?
The bug happens probably because of the pop-up system:

The game saves while this pop-up opens but it does not re-opens if you quit and continue the game, sometimes it happens but sometimes it does not if you do it right, when you re-open, it closes the pop-up and you can continue playing.
THIS IS ALSO A BUG REPORT!

I also wanna point out that this works for every pop-up currently, so you can skip a huge lawsuit
