When you launch the game for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up controls and select a car pack to download. On the pack selection screen, select Premium Content and click Skip twice.
The achievements are listed in the recommended order of completion.

You will get these two achievements while doing the "2000 kilometers driven in practice" achievement.

Select track Indianapolis Speedway 2020 1.12 → Indianapolis -- Oval and select IndyCar → Dallara DW12.
Set these settings:

• Practice - On
  
• Qualifying - Off
  
• Warmup - Off
  
• Race - On
  
• Time Scale - Normal
  
• Fuel Usage - Off
  
• Mechanical Failures - Off
  
• Weather Preset - Default
  
• AI Drivers - 0

Click on the third button under the top buttons, here set these settings:

• Finish Criteria - Laps
  
• Race Laps - 1500

After that click Start Racing!, and after loading, click DRIVE. Once on the track, press I on the keyboard to give the control to the AI and Ctrl+X to speed up the time. Wait ~5 minutes until you get the "2000 kilometers driven in practice" achievement.
Press Esc, Session Controls → Next session → DRIVE. Once you appear on the track, press I and Ctrl+X on your keyboard, wait ~5 minutes until you get the "2000 kilometers driven in race" achievement.

Set these settings:

• Practice - Off
  
• Race - On

Click on the third button under the top buttons, here set Race Start Type to:

• Standing - standing start from pole position.
  
• Rolling - rolling start from pole position.

After that click Start Racing!, and after loading, click DRIVE. Once you appear on the track, you will receive an achievement.

Set these settings:

• Practice - Off
  
• Race - On

Click on the third button under the top buttons, here set Start Time to:

• 6:00 AM - racing at dawn
  
• 12:00 AM - racing at midnight.
  
• 6:00 PM - racing at dusk.
  
• 12:00 PM - racing at noon.

After that click Start Racing!, and after loading, click DRIVE. Once you appear on the track, you will receive an achievement.

For these two achievements you need to install the old version. Here's how to do it:
1. Press Win+R on your keyboard, type steam://open/console and press Enter to open the console.
2. In the console, type (without quotes) "download_depot 365960 365961 6722670742973695226" and press Enter. The console does not show the download progress, but it will show the path to the folder with the downloaded files.
3. After the download is complete, open the game page in the library, click the gear → Manage → Browse local files. Delete all the files of the latest version and move the files of the old version here.

When you first launch the old version, the game will check the installed tracks and cars and download the necessary files. After that, click on the icon with one helmet.

Select track SaoPaulo 1.07 → SaoPaulo GP. Go to Options → Controls, here reassign keys for these functions:

• Steer Left - left arrow
  
• Steer Right - right arrow

Click the big RACE button. After loading, click RACE again. On the keyboard, press I and Ctrl+X, on the last turn before the pit lane, press I and Ctrl+X again, manually move the car to the pit lane and stop in the red square (marked with red arrows at the top). When you see the stopwatch at the bottom left, press Ctrl+X, wait 30 seconds of game time and press Esc to get the achievement for the pitstop in practice.
At the bottom, press Next Session → RACE and stop the car in the pit lane just like you did ealier to get the last achievement.

Нажмите большую кнопку RACE. После загрузки снова нажмите RACE. На клавиатуре нажмите I и Ctrl+X, на последнем повороте перед пит-лейном снова нажмите I и Ctrl+X, своими руками заведите машину на пит-лейн и остановитесь в красном квадрате (отмечен красными стрелочками сверху). Как увидите секундомер слева снизу, нажмите Ctrl+X, подождите 30 секунд игрового времени и нажмите Esc, чтобы получить достижение за пит-стоп на практике.
Внизу нажмите Next Session → RACE и также заведите машину на пит-лейн, чтобы получить последнее достижение.
