NOTE re 26 June 2025 game UPDATE:
Status as per 23 August: I am almost finished now with updating this Guide with all the changes from the big June Game Update. The new Books section is finished, and the changes to the Buttons/Sorting Box, as well as a number of smaller changes in some of the other puzzle categories too.

I am not finished yet with updating for the Calendar puzzle type:
I found I had to rethink the whole structure of the step-by steps, to accommodate for the larger variations in the Calendar puzzle type now.
I have updated the start of the Calendar section with new 'General rules' texts that cover all the latest changes (including the August reversal on one of the variation types).
Do go take a look, if you're unsure about the changes, or want to know what the main principles are. I put in some helpful tips too :-)

And I'm more than halfway, I think, in writing a whole new Calendar Daily Tidy guide.
Most likely, I will be deleting all my old Calendar guides, and most of the section on the Calendars here in the 'All Daily Tidy' guide too - and just put in links directly to the new specific Calendar guide.
I'm still thinking about it, but that's likely how I'll do it. Because the Calendar section otherwise would be huge, and kind of drown out the rest of the guide...

If you're completely stuck in a Calendar Daily Puzzle because the new things, then remember that after the Update you also now have the possibility to SKIP one day, and still keep your streak. So, you can skip the one you're struggling with today, and continue on tomorrow and still be fine for your 30-day consecutive :-)
============================================================================
NOTE: Obvious SPOILER warning!
There are no spoiler blackouts in the Guide.
Use the index to go straight to the puzzle category you are interested in, if you don't want to see spoiler info for anything else.

The puzzle categories don't have 'official' names.
Hopefully the titles here will make sense to you. If not, then look for the puzzle category SYMBOL at the start of each section - that's the opening symbol that appears before each Daily Tidy puzzle starts.

For each puzzle category you'll find:
- Screenshot of the opening symbol
- Explanation of the type of solve or multiple solves for each puzzle category
- Screenshots of example puzzle/s with solves
- Some tips about the most common issues people tend to have problems with

Please NOTE : We all get DIFFERENT VARIATIONS of the Daily Tidy.
So your Daily puzzle will NOT be the same as anyone else's.
We all get the same category for the day, but the puzzle generator gives us all a different puzzle.

GENERAL NOTE - for all explanations:
For solutions that depend on ordering, like long-to-short or like dark-to-light, etc., note that REVERSE orders are also VALID. So if you see a solution described as long-to-short, for example, it will work just the same if you sort it short-to-long.

-------------------------ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo------------------------
Recommend: Play the main game through first
Strongly recommend playing through main game first - especially before attempting the 30-day consecutive Daily achievement
All the puzzle categories in the Daily Tidy are based on the same pattern recognition as puzzles in the main game (see reference to the specific chapters/levels in the guide here).
Therefore recommend playing through the main game first. This will also get you familiarized with how the devs think in general, and the kind of patterns and solving logic that they use.

All Daily Tidy solves will count towards the '100 total' achievement. Even if you skip days.
The 30-day consecutive achievement is best attempted after playing through the main game, to avoid unnecessary stress with your streak until you are familiar with all the puzzle types.

However, after the 26 June 2025 major update, you can now SKIP one day and still keep your streak. So if you're completely stuck in a Daily puzzle, you can skip it today, and do the new Daily tomorrow, and still be OK with your streak.

And the update also gave us a new streak counter, so you can see both your longest streak and your current streak. Very useful :-)
-------------------------ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo------------------------

OK - let's get on with the guide...

Basic symmetry (the one with the crab claw symbol)
Ref. also chpt. 4-7, 4-10 and 4-13 in the main game (lvl 59,62,65).

TO SOLVE:
Make a symmetrical picture from the items
(think a vertical axis of symmetry, down the middle of the screen)

Arrange the items any way you like. As long as the 'single' items are placed ON that middle line. And the 'mirror-items' are placed one on each side of that middle line, in mirrored positions to each other.
Items must not touch each other.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle

And an exampe of a not quite correct, and a correct solution. NOTE: how it can be some quite small details in placement/symmetry that separates a nearly solved from a fully solved.
This image on left has 2 items slightly misplaced........... This one is a correct solution!

TIPS: You can use the wood-panel type background pattern to help you in placing items symmetrically. As you can see, the pattern itself is symmetrical around that same middle axis.

And if you're wondering why the symbol for this puzzle type is a crab claw? It's because the puzzle type appears the first time in chpt 4-7 in the main game, where the items are all seashore themed with, yes, crab claws, and seashells.
Batteries
Ref. also chpt. 3-2 in the main game (lvl 38).

TO SOLVE:
Sort the batteries by type, and fit them into the spaces in the box.
All batteries of the same type must fit into one compartment in the box.

EXAMPLE:
Books
Ref. also chpt. 1-7 and 1-13 in the main game (lvls.7 and 13)

TO SOLVE:
Arrange the books in order.
There are two parts of this puzzle - sorting by any two of the following criteria:
  1. Sort by height, high-to-low, or reverse.
NOTE: All books are of different heights.
    Example:

  2. Sort by thickness, fat-to-thin, or reverse.
NOTE: All books are of different thickness. (see also *Note)
    Examples:

  3. Sort by height, the lowest in the middle OR with the highest in the middle, and equal height pairs one on each side of the middle.
For example: tall, medium, short, very short, short, medium, tall
OR : short, medium, tall, very tall, tall, medium, short
NOTE: Only ONE book is the tallest, or the shortest. And all the other books are in pairs of equal heights.

Example - of sorting-in-progress, and the final solution:

Comment: Here in this screenshot the books have been ordered according to their height, and you can see that there is ONE book that is taller than the rest, and all the other books are in pairs of the same heights:

The SOLUTION is to sort them with the 'single' in the MIDDLE and the other 'pairs' one on each side of that middle book. LIKE THIS:

  4. Sort by thickness, the fattest in the middle, OR the thinnest in the middle, and equal thickness pairs one on each side of the middle.
For example: thin, medium, fat, very fat, fat, medium, thin
OR : fat, medium, thin, very thin, thin, medium, fat
NOTE: Only ONE book is the fattest, or the thinnest. And all the other books are in pairs of equal thicknesses. (see also *Note)

Example - of sorting-in-progress, and the final solution:

Comment: Here in this screenshot the books have been ordered according to their thickness, with the fattest to the left, and then decreasing towards the right.
And you can (I hope!!) see that there is ONE book that is fatter than the rest, and all the other books are in pairs of the same thicknesses
    :

The SOLUTION is to sort them with the 'single' in the MIDDLE and the other 'pairs' one on each side of that middle book. LIKE THIS:

  5. Sort by number of symbols on the spine
NOTE: that each individual part of the designs counts as one symbol. And so, for example, a Roman numeral IV counts as 2 symbols, not as the number 4.
    Examples:

  6. Arrange the books so that the designs on the lower part of the book spines join up into one continuous pattern.
NOTE: it is only the designs on the LOWER part that connect together, not the designs on the upper part of the book spines.
    Examples:

*NOTE Comment on type "2" and type "4" puzzles:
Sometimes it can be hard to tell just by eye, if all books are different thickness (sorting type "2") or if you have 'pairs' + 'single fattest or thinnest' (sorting type "4"). If you have an even number of books, it cannot be type "4". But if you have an odd number of books, it could be either type. And if you have many books, which are quite close in thickness, it can be especially hard to see. You may have to try both ways, if you have trouble figuring out which one it is.

Bread ties
Ref. also chpt. 2-7 in the main game (lvl 27).

TO SOLVE:
Sort so that the bumps and hooks fit together, side by side. Remove breadcrumbs.

If you're having trouble finding a solution, then start with the biggest one, place it in the middle, and work out from that one to the left and to the right. The biggest one is always in the middle, and works as an anchor for the rest.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle .......................................................................... And the SOLVED puzzle.
Remember to remove all the breadcrumbs !
..........
Example of an unusual variation where 2 ties match up by having plain edges side-by-side:
Buttons (Sorting box)
============================================================================ NOTE: This puzzle category was changed a bit in the June 2025 update.
- It now only has buttons, not many different types of items like before.
- Sorting by colour and sorting by number of button holes is now the same sorting, and will only give one solution, not two.
(This change was made to help people with colour perception issues, if you were wondering why...).
============================================================================

Ref. also chpt. 3-8 in the main game (lvl 44)

TO SOLVE:
The puzzle is in two parts
- Sort into sets by colour OR by number of button holes (both characteristics give the same sorting)
- Sort into sets by shape/pattern for the buttons.

Each button set is 5 buttons. Each set goes into one of the compartments in the sorting box.

EXAMPLE:
Starting puzzle:
.
.
Sorting by colours / number of button holes:
.
.
Sorting by button shape + patterns:
Comment: As you can see here - there is one set of oval buttons, and 4 sets of round buttons. The round buttons are sorted into sets by their patterns: smooth edge, ridged edge, circle of dots, flower pattern.

Other examples of shape+pattern sorting:
.
.
.
.
This image: credit @otia.Thanks!
..........
TIPS:
  • There are always 5 buttons in each set.

  • For the shape/pattern sorting:
Sometimes you may get a puzzle where all the button sets have different shapes.
Like for example: round, triangular, flower, diamond, oval.

But most often you will get a puzzle where many buttons have the same basic shape, but are sorted into sets by shape + different patterns.
Like for example: 10 round buttons - but 5 of the round buttons have a check pattern, and 5 of the round buttons have a dotted rim.
    Stuff like that....
Calendar
============================================================================
NOTE: I am in the process of updating this guide to explain also the new Calendar variations introduced in the 26 June game update.
The old step-by-step descriptions were written for the 'old' variations with only 2 or 3 stickers in each sticker set. They do not work in quite the same way for the new variations with 4, 5, 6 or 7 stickers in a set, although the underlying puzzle logic is still the same.

I have written an UPDATED 'Main principles' here, including some practical hints. And also made some changes in the 'Tips' list at the end of this section, so they are also up-to-date.
Which should help people along, for now.
But not yet an updated step-by-step (I'm working on it, hopefully done by end August).

If you're completely stuck in a Calendar, remember that after the Update you also now have the possibility to SKIP one day, and still keep your streak. So, you can skip this one, and continue on tomorrow and still be fine for your 30-day consecutive :-)
============================================================================

Ref. also chpt.1-12 in the main game (lvl 12), but the Daily goes a bit further with it.

MAIN PRINCIPLES
  • This is a simple repeating-pattern puzzle type.
  • To solve: You have to find the repeat-pattern that fits for your whole Calendar.
  • There is only one repeat-pattern for all the sticker sets on your calendar. Not different patterns for different sticker sets. (see note*)
  • GOAL: All identical stickers (a "sticker set") must be placed with the same spacing between them. That is: all stickers in a set need to be placed with equal distance to the other stickers in the same set.
  • There are always at least two identical stickers already placed down on your starting Calendar (a "Starting Double"). Use this Double to find the correct spacing for this sticker set.
  • When you have found the spacing that works for your first sticker set, then you've done all the hard part of the puzzle.
And you just use the same spacing for all your other sticker sets too.
Or use 'pattern matching' for the rest of your stickers, if that's what you're familiar with from earlier.

  • You can only use the days 1 - 31 on your Calendar. There is no 'last month' or 'next month'.
  • All stickers must be placed on to the Calendar.

REMEMBER that it IS allowed to put different stickers on to the same day, if you need to !

PRACTICAL HINTS:
  • Sticker sets can be anywhere between 2 to 7 stickers in total. The sticker sets you get on your Daily Calendar will all be roughly the same size (i.e. not a mix of large sets and small sets).
  • The spacing-repeat pattern for your Calendar will be somewhere between 5-day and 15-day repeats. Logically: shorter spacings for a Calendar with larger sticker sets (many stickers), and longer spacings for a Calendar with smaller sticker sets (fewer stickers).
  • Use your Starting Double to identify the correct spacing-repeat for that sticker set. The spacing-repeat that you find for that sticker set will be the solution for your whole Calendar.
  • If you have multiple Starting Doubles with different spacings, then it is usually easiest to find your solution from the Starting Double with the shortest spacing.
  • If you need to place different stickers on to the same day: Make sure that the centre of each sticker is properly inside the date box, otherwise it won't register properly. You can overlap stickers or place them right on top of each other if you need to, to get them all to fit into the date box.
*Note: The earlier variation introduced in June with a 'single+double spacing' repeat pattern was removed by devs in August, because many people were struggling with it. Even though that variation was, in fact, the closest to the Calendar puzzle in the main game...
So for all Calendars now there is only one repeat-pattern that fits for all your sticker sets.

I seem to have hit a max.length limit to Guides here on Steam!! Have had to delete the old explanations here to be able to put anything new in here at all.
If you have a Calendar with small sticker sets (2 or 3 stickers in each set), the old Guides will still work. Go see for example my old Step-by-step Calendar guide or my old Quick Calendar guide, if you want help with those types of Calendars.
I will be putting in a direct link here for my "All New Calendar guide", as soon as I have it done.
(quite soon now, I hope!)
xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

TIPS:
  • The usual stumbling point is realising that it's the SAME repeating pattern for ALL the sticker sets on your calendar. So, when you have found the correct spacing for your first sticker set, then you've found the repeating pattern for ALL your sticker sets.

  • You can get Calendars where you will need to put MORE THAN ONE type of sticker on to the SAME DAY. That is allowed. New: This is now very common if you have a Calendar with large sticker sets (4,5,6 or 7 stickers in a set).
Make sure that the centre of each sticker is within the outer edges of the date box, otherwise it won't register correctly. You may have to put the stickers right on top of each other or very much overlapping.

  • Sometimes you might be unsure which day a sticker actually is sitting on. It's the CENTRE of the sticker that determines which day it belongs to.

  • If you need more help, or different ways to approach this puzzle category - then go look at a more detailed Calendar guide: ........ to be updated...
Clock
Ref. also chpt. 5-2 in the main game (lvl 69).

TO SOLVE:
Move the clock hands around to a position where: The long hand (minute hand) lines up with a branch shadow and the short hand (hour hand) lines up with a leaf shadow.
Nothing else in the background or foreground has to match.

EXAMPLE A:
A starting puzzle:

Closing in on the solution:

And the SOLVED puzzle:

It can be hard to see sometimes, especially if you get a variant where the solve is a position where the clock hands overlap. For example like this one:
EXAMPLE B:
.

TIPS:
  • Rotating the short hand (hour hand) will move the clock hands around quickly. Rotating the long hand (minute hand) moves the clock hands around slower. I recommend using the long hand, otherwise it's going so fast that you may not recognise the correct matching spot.
  • You have to let the puzzle rest a couple of seconds in the correct spot, for the solution to register as a proper solve. That is, it won't trigger a 'solve' if you just move the clock hands past the correct spot, even if you're going quite slowly forwards.
  • You can choose to move towards the left or the right, doesn't make a difference. If you've been going for a long while, you have likely missed the correct spot. It's usually fairly close to the starting point. The background pattern repeats after a while, so you'll be going through the same pattern of background shapes again and again, if you keep going forwards a long time.
Fit to the page / bits and pieces
Ref. also chpt.1-17 in the main game (lvl 17).

TO SOLVE:
Arrange all the pieces so that they fit together to fill the whole frame, without overlapping and without leaving any gaps. There may be several ways they will fit - doesn't matter which you choose.

Remember to check underneath for any small items that may be obscured. And if you're having trouble to find a fit, then start with the largest pieces first.

EXAMPLE:
Starting puzzle, and solved.
Jars
Ref. also chpt. 2-5 in the main game (lvl 25).

TO SOLVE:
The puzzle is in two parts
- Arrange each row by colour gradient.
- Arrange each row so that the slopes inside the jars line up in a continuous wave.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle:
Note that this example has many jars. In other puzzles, there may be fewer jars than this.
.
And the two solutions:
- By colour gradients
.
- By wave shapes
Pencils
Ref. also chpt. 1-3, 1-16 and 1-19 in the main game (lvl 3,6,19).

TO SOLVE:
Arrange in order. The puzzle has two parts - sorting by 2 different characteristics.

There are 6 different characteristics that pencils can be sorted by:
- Pencil Length / Tip Length-Pointiness / Eraser Length / Symbols / Pencil Colour / Tip Colour -
And the puzzle will be 2 of these.

All sorting orders for a solve can be reversed. So doesn't matter if you arrange them long-to-short OR short-to-long, for example. Or light-to-dark works same as dark-to-light.

TIPS:
- If you have to 'fight' the pencils to get them to sit straight in their anchors, it's usually bc you're trying to put them completely wrong. But occasionally you can be unlucky and come across a puzzle where the pencils just don't want to sit straight even though you know what you're doing and have it right. In that case, don't try to fight them into place one by one. Instead, just put them in the correct order and, most likely, the puzzle will recognise your full solve and snap them all into place at once at the end. Or close the Daily Tidy and try starting over. Or try the second sort first.

- Most of the characteristics are easy to sort by.
- Sometimes people get confused by the SYMBOLS. See screenshot below, it's the same kind of pattern as in the main game : a 3,2,1,1,1,2,3 pattern.
- The COLOUR sorting is the most challenging, as there can be many different kinds of colour gradients. For example:
  • rainbow order (red, orange, yellow, green, blue)
  • single colour: dark-to-light
  • colour blend, with white and black : white-grey-black-darkcolour-midcolour-brightcolour
  • colour blend, close colours: for example, yellow-yelloworange-orange-orangered-red
  • colour blend, various colours: for example, green-blue-beige (this one is quite tricky)
(ref. image below: bright green / soft green / lightblue with a hint of green / bright blue / lightblue with a hint of beige / soft beige / bright beige )
Note that there may be two different colour sortings in one puzzle - one for the pencil itself, and a different one for the tips.
.....................................................

EXAMPLE: a starting puzzle

EXAMPLES: some different kinds of solutions - taken from a number of different puzzles

Plant Symmetry
Ref. also chpt. 4-3 and 4-8 in the main game (lvl 55, 60).

TO SOLVE:
Remove leaves to make a symmetrical pattern (think a vertical, middle axis)
If you remove a wrong leaf, they will all regrow and you have to start over.

Note: that there are 2 kinds of leaves. 'Active' ones that can be pulled and where the goal is to make them symmetrical. And inactive background leaves that can't be pulled, and sometimes are not entirely symmetrical themselves. They will have 2 different shapes and are easy to tell apart.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle: Note the 2 different kinds of leaves here - 'active' ones with smooth edges, and background ones with jagged edges.
And the SOLVED puzzle: See how all the 'active' leaves are symmetrical.
..........
..........
Sometimes leaves can be bunched so tightly that they are hard to see. Here is an example where there is a clump of 3 leaves on the left and 2 leaves on the right - which might be difficult to see unless you're paying close attention. Notice how at start the left clump is fatter than the right one, and after picking off the extra leaf you can see that the two clumps are now identical:
..........
TIPS:
  • Like in the example above, sometimes the leaves overlap so tightly that they can be difficult to tell apart. And a hidden leaf may be the reason your puzzle won't solve. It can be easier to spot those, if you look closely at where the leaf stems join on to the branches, or to the shapes and spaces between leaves.
  • You can also use Q and E on keyboard (or using the dpad, analogue stick or shoulder buttons on console) to go to previous/next 'active element'. Doesn't tell you which is the correct to pull, but will show you all of the actives. Even the hard-to-see ones.
  • Sometimes the symmetry may be off by a small detail in leaf placement or where the stems attach. So make sure to look closely at your picture, if it doesn't solve. It will likely be some tiny detail you've overlooked.
  • And remember those 2 types of leaves - the active leaves and the background leaves.
Snowflake microscope
============================================================================
NOTE: This puzzle category was changed in the June 2025 update. It now only has one snowflake, not 3 different ones like before.
============================================================================

Ref. also chpt. 4-14 in the main game (lvl 66).

TO SOLVE:
Use the microscope to search for shapes that will fit together to match your snowflake outline.
There are more shapes in there than the ones you need for your snowflake, so you have to search for the correct ones that will fit your outline.

You can makes shapes bigger or smaller by twisting the bezel (outer ring). When the pieces are close enough in size and placement to the outline, they will automatically snap into place. Sometimes the pieces will need to overlap each other when you fit them together to make up a snowflake.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle, and steps along the way until your snowflake is completed:

Spider - - Note: No open images of spiders here :-)
Ref. also chpt. 4-15 in the main game (lvl 67)

TO SOLVE:
The puzzle opens with a few flies flying around and also flies already on the web. Catch the flies in the air and place them on the web, in mirror-positions to the fly of the same colour already on the web. In addition to different colours, the flies now also have different shapes/patterns, to help identification for people with colour perception issues.
When all flies have flown in and have been placed correctly, a shiny gold fly comes in. Place it in the middle of the web. A spider will drop down, and eat it.
(The spider is kind of cute, but may be too much for people with arachnophobia. And also it makes small gobbling eating sounds ! )

TIPS: If your fly won't stick to the web, it's because you are trying to put it in the wrong spot. Pay attention to the colour/shape, some flies look quite similar. And must be the correct mirror-position.

----------------------------
Arachnophobia
Devs have tweaked the game designs a bit, so the spider image is used less in-game . But it is not completely avoidable, so for anyone with bad arachnophobia, be warned that this game may not be a good fit for them...
------------------------------

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle, and with steps onwards to solve it
(no images with the spider here, on purpose)
..
Stamps
Ref. also chpt. 1-9 in the main game (lvl 9).

TO SOLVE:
Put the extra stamps on to the envelopes, to make a pattern.

TIPS:
Remember to look underneath the envelopes - some stamps may be hidden there.

There are different kinds of patterns for the stamps in this puzzle category. So if your puzzle won't solve, then try to think of different pattern-sequences.
It may be easier to see the correct solutions if you think of the pattern-sequences as starting from the right-hand edge of the envelope.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle:

Make sure you've looked underneath the envelopes,
so you know what you're working with. - - - - - - - - - And SOLVED . Note the various patterns...
Star constellations
Ref. also chpt. 5-4 in the main game (lvl 71).

TO SOLVE:
Complete the cat pictures by finding the extra-fuzzy 'active' stars and placing them so that they generate lines that connect. There are 3 cat pictures (constellations) in total per puzzle.

The 'active' stars are sometimes quite close to a part of the cat picture that needs more lines, but other times not. If the picture doesn't solve, then you're missing one (or more) star and the place(s) that need more lines, to complete the cat picture.

TIPS:
Sometimes an 'active' star can be hard to see because it's partly hidden by another star, or a line. You can use Q and E on keyboard (or using the dpad, analogue stick or shoulder buttons on console) to move to previous/next active element. That way, you should be able to find all the active stars, if you have trouble seeing where they are.

EXAMPLE:
A starting puzzle:
Note that this is quite a simple picture, with few stars and missing lines. Many of the pictures are more complex than this, with more stars and more missing lines.
.
Now - on to the steps along the way forward :
This picture has only 3 active stars, see marked in blue, red and green in the image below.
.
Starting with the blue star, drag it around - watching out for where it starts to generate a faint line or lines like in the image below. Then move the star around more until the lines turn solid white and snap into place.
.
In this image below, the blue star has been placed correctly, completing a bit more of the cat picture.
Now on to the next star, the one marked in red. I'll use this one to fill in the missing lines in the cat's back leg :
.
In this image below, the red star has been placed correctly, finishing up the cat leg.
Now on to the last star, marked with green. This one I'll use to fill in the missing lines in the cat's ear:
.
And here below is that last (green) star correctly placed, and the cat picture is SOLVED.
Sticky notes
Ref. also chpt. 1-4, 1-10 and 1-15 in the main game (lvl 4, 10, 15)

TO SOLVE:
Arrange the sticky notes so that the scribble connects across all the notes.

Note : that the pieces do not always connect into a full square or rectangle, but can connect into open shapes.
If you're having trouble getting a solve, then doublecheck if there is somewhere where there are 2 pieces that might both be fits. Bc sometimes you can get a variant where there are ambiguous pieces, that could fit in more than 1 position.

EXAMPLE:

A different example - of a solution that is very 'open-shaped':

==========================
This will be rewritten when I'm finished writing my all-new Calendar guide.
For the time being, these specific guides still work for Calendars where you only have sticker sets that have 2 or 3 stickers in each set. They do not work quite the same way for the new variations with sticker sets that can be 4, 5, 6 or 7 stickers in size.
============================

- Guides for the Calendar category : There are various guides for this specific puzzle type already in the Guide section : look at the 'Maps or Levels' tab, do a search for 'Calendar', or just browse through the lists. The different guides have slightly different angles, you should find something there that explains the puzzle type in a way that clicks for you.

And three of these I've made myself:

------------------
General tip:

If you're having problems, it's often a case of people OVERTHINKING the puzzle. If so, step away from it for a bit, let your mind rest, and come back to it with fresh eyes and mind.
(Well, and sometimes underthinking too, I guess, where people think the puzzle is meant to be super easy and then get confused by a more complex variation. Remember that even the easiest types of the Daily puzzles have the occasional more-complex variant lurking in the random generator).

Or that people are trying to use their personal or everyday logic on a puzzle, when the puzzle follows its own 'internal puzzle logic'. It's all logical, but you need to find the pattern in the intended solution ;-)

Or, of course, sometimes the puzzle can be a touch finicky in accepting an almost-correct solution. You need to be quite precise, in some of these.

GOOD LUCK, AND HAPPY PLAYING :-)

But not finished with the Calendar section yet. The section in here is updated with new General Rules text at the start, but I found that I had to redo the whole way the step-by-steps are structured, to accommodate for the much larger variation in what kind of sticker sets you can get on your Calendars now.
I'm well over halfway into the new Calendar Guide already, and hopefully may have it ready published by the end of this month. (*fingers crossed*)

Status 22 August: The Books section is now all finished, with beautiful screenshots too :-) Thanks everyone for the picture help!

And the Buttons section is ready too, reworked with new text and screenshots. Also changes in the Spider section and other minor updates due to changes in various puzzle categories after the big June Game update.

Enjoy ! - and let me know if you see any mistakes, or if my explanations are understandable (or not).

IN GENERAL: The Comments field here is not a good place to post if you're stuck on your specific Daily Tidy. It's very difficult to give good advice without seeing a screenshot, and likely I won't notice stuff here in time for your 24 hr window.
Instead, go post a screenshot of your starting puzzle in the Discussions on the game forum. That way, much more likely you'll to get the help you need :-D

Queen_Of_Fire_XD: I saw your comment, and wrote you a lengthy explanation same day. But no idea if you saw it or not, as you gave no response. I've deleted it all now, so as not to clutter up the Comments with not-general stuff.

Just a comment to say that I've now included a direct link to a specific guide for the Calendar type puzzle - for the alternative "Pattern Matching Method".

@hasan: if my guide here doesn't explain it in a way that works for you, then try out one of the other *specific* Calender guides. One of them should be a fit for you, I think (hope!).
