We'll keep you updated using a private thread, and we'll be able to ask you direct questions about the issue, which should help us fix the issue faster! This is especially useful in certain cases, for instance when your game crashes.

• Create a support ticket in the Discord (https://discord.gg/QyjKAbJWYd). This link will take you directly where to open a ticket (#feedback).
  
• Press both the Windows key + R key.
  
• Search for "appdata" within the run window.
  
• Open up the LocalLow folder.
  
• Then open the Stud-IO folder.
  
• Next, open the Festivals - Headliners folder.
  
• Drag the Player.log file to your open ticket on the Discord and send.
