I didn’t find the choice guide for the game online, so I decided to make my own. Maybe this will help someone. Spoilers ahead, obviously.

Choice 1 (not important)

“Kiss Ren on the eyelid”: Ren is pleased and says this is precisely what she wanted.
“Try something other than a kiss”: Akuru hugs Ren, who is flustered but still happy. Direct quote: “Akuru, I love you, but I hate you.”

Choice 2 (not important)

“Do you like Ren-chan?”: Aira cracks and confesses that she loves Ren.
“Are you Ren-chan's long-lost sister?”: Shino blabbers a lot of nonsense, making a pitiful fool of herself, and Aira is baffled. The outcome is still the same, though – Aira confesses her love for Ren.

Choice 3 (not important)

“Take down the Kohee-kun poster”: Ren's mom notices Akuru's BL collection, but Akuru bullsh… I mean, talks her way out of this and convinces her mother-in-law that these are historical novels.
“Cover the bookshelf”: Ren's mom notices the poster with Kohee-kun. She mistakenly believes that Akuru is into traditional Japanese fashion.

Choice 4 (changes the ending quite a lot)

“Look to Akuru for help”: Ren learns about Akuru’s secret job. The story focuses on Ren and Akuru afterwards. They have a fight. Ren runs away, Akuru chases after her, and they make up. The wedding is the main event. This route leads to a sex scene.
“Look to Aira for help”: Aira saves Shino like a queen by pretending that one of the girls dropped something. The story focuses on Shino and Aira afterwards, and it is hinted that they like each other. The wedding becomes more of a background.
