it's very simple
Trust me. I know what I'm doing because I'm a developer
  1. Update your windows!



  2. Update drivers for your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ GPU

  3. Disable V-Sync and set frame limit to no-limit



  4. Disable Xbox Game Bar



  5. Leave yourself at least 20GB of free space on the disk where your system is installed

Good, general tipps. not only for this game!
but also nothing special.

ALSO: AntiAliasing and Linear filters consume a lot as well.
