Amaranth Town
The first thing you will need to do is go to Amaranth Town. There, you will be confronted with the decision to assist a sorcerer who is using dark magic to heal people. You first need to approach the crowd, then, at the next decision, you must 'Let Zaynep do what she wants.' This is the first crucial event.

This will initiate a battle. Once you win the battle, regardless of any other choices you make in the interaction, the healer will escape alive. Afterwards, you go to the southern section of Amaranth Town. There, you will have another interaction. This won't result in a battle, and can easily be resolved with some Utar.

Warning: you have a time limit once you save the mage. You are safe if it says 'Current Position: Unknown' (as shown in the image below).
Dunestorm
Your next stop will be Dunestorm. Here, you have to complete several events. One is a Sandworm event. This event is triggered when you enter the West Docana Desert from Twinluna Valley. Entering this way will trigger a sandstorm event.

When you trigger this event, you will have to fight a Sandworm boss. It's an overall easy fight, leading to an interaction with Shia, a scientist, afterwards. This is the second crucial event, and you will not get the perfect ending otherwise.

After the Sandworm, you will enter Dunestorm. When you enter Dunestorm and move close to the capital building of the town, you will initiate the next event. This results in a battle with 'Old Rot-Teeth.' Once you win the battle, 'Old Rot-Teeth' will leave town. The next event in Dunestorm starts two days after this one is completed.

Upon entering Dunestorm two days after you defeated 'Old Rot-Teeth,' you will begin conversing with Leena. She offers bread, which Zaynep takes at the end of the interaction. Immediately after this interaction, the leader of the Corsac Guild appear on the scenes. You will have a conversation with him, then he will leave, leaving you to deal with three-four squads of cavalry to battle. Once you finish this battle, as you prepare to leave, Leena will approach you again and request to come with you. You'll need to allow her to join you before moving on. She is not a champion until you enter Nagukka.
Diresprings
You're next quest will bring you to Diresprings. When entering the town, regardless of decisions made in the interaction upon entering the town, you will have two choices. One to knock the guards out, the other to steal an access pass for the quest. You will need to steal an access pass. I suggest doing this interaction during the day, as you have to wait until the next night to move forward.

After you return to the city at night, you will be able to enter the vault. Continue on the straight pathway until you get to the chest. The chest holds a book. There will be three different roaming squads of cavalry. Some of these you will need to defeat to get the book.

After completing this and leaving Diresprings, you will have an interaction with Shia. Nothing that can change the ending happens during this interaction, but it is initiated regardless.
Nagukka
Upon entering Nagukka, an old lady will stop you, asking if you'd like to buy food. If you have the Utar, you will buy food at the cost of 200 Utar. I don't know what happens if you don't have the money for the food.

After you purchase the food, you will need to go to the town's tree. Before being able to do the interaction there, however, you must first battle Leena, who will betray you, on account of blaming you for the deaths of both her father and her brother at the battle of Jamal City. I suggest being around level twelve for this battle. Dodging is your friend.

After you defeat Leena, she will leave the party and travel back to Dunestorm with a -100 relation with you.

You do not need to recruit her again for the true ending, so you can ignore her, unless you'd like to have her in your party.

Next, you will interact with Shia, who is at the tree. She has a crystal, and will open the portal to True Nagukka. Enter when you are ready.
True Nagukka
You are at the final area! In True Nagukka, immediately after entering, you will have an interaction with Zaynep, in which you must follow her, instead of immediately going after Zarathustra. When you reach her, you will get several paragraphs, essentially of her rejoining you. She cannot be used as a champion for the rest of the quest.

After doing this, you can proceed straight to Zarathustra. You will be faced with four battles. The first battle is against fairies. There are enough of them at area of effect spells are your friend. The second battle is against Nasir squads (One cavalry, two spear, one healer).
Once you defeat this squad, before moving onto the next battle, I suggest you defeat some of the wandering enemies in the area to get to level seventeen. If you are already level seventeen, then the next battle should be easier. You will next battle your wife. Because you don't have much health, I suggest immediately summoning Shades and rolling away. While she is distracted on the Shades, slam her with all your spells. Sensitive Soul will go a long way towards you winning the battle.

If you are unable to win the battle, I would leave True Nagukka and go to Zagros Mountains. There are two ice dragon bosses in this area that you can fight every thirty days. Each gives a potion, Large XP Shards, and a Wisdom Crystal.

After you defeat your wife, you will be immediately launched into a battle against Zarathustra. It's a pretty straight-forward magic battle. I suggest getting into melee range, so that your Psychic Bullets can deal more damage.

When this battle is over, you will have an interaction with Zarathustra and Zaynep. After the interaction, leave True Nagukka. When you get to the exit, you will be faced with the final boss battle against Shia, who has morphed into a monster. You will have the option to either fight alone, or to fight with Zarathustra. You need to fight with Zarathustra. The battle isn't too hard; the boss has a large hitbox.

When this battle is over, you will have one last interaction. During this interaction, you will have the choice to either forgive Zaynep or to remain silent. Choose to forgive Zaynep. Regardless of choice, Shia, with her dying breath, will then stab Zaynep. Usually, this is where you would get annoyed because there isn't a way for you to heal her. Luckily, if you completed the previous requirements, the mage you rescued will appear and heal Zaynep. This will give you the true ending achievement, along with five Wisdom Crystals. Both Zaynep and the mage go to the 'Position: Unknown' after this.
