Download Tools
First thing you will need is the Esports Godfather workshop tool.

Head to the Library tab on steam. Change the drop down on the side to Tools. Since the game is originally in Chinese, it will be at the bottom of the list.
Uploading from workshop tool
After downloading, you will have a new icon on your desktop. Open the program and select Create.

This screen is self explanatory. Just know that you will be adding only 1 preview image here, we can add the rest later. After submitting, wait for a moment until a small dialog box pops up saying "Uploaded. Ok."

side notes;
•For editing from this program, this is the only place to upload a folder. All other edits can also be done later in the mod's workshop page.

•They've also updated this tool recently, now you are able to preview each png and it's folder path before publishing. If you are unsure of what works, download another mod and check how that author did it in steamapps>workshop>content>1278540 Several different naming methods work. The main thing is you have the three needed images in the folder and all folder names are correct.
Workshop Mod Page
We're not done just yet. Now head to the steam workshop page for Esports Godfather. Click your name on the right side and select "Files you've posted"

After selecting your new mod, you can now edit your mod page in depth. This can be where you add more preview images/links or edit the title/description again.

Also notice that the mod may be marked as "hidden" until you change the visibility.
Quick Edit: You can now set the mod to "public" before publishing.

That should be everything you need for uploading a mod.

@Dey Maybe, if you know anything about Unity bundles. If you go to Steam>Steamapps>Common>Esports Godfather>Esports Godfather_Data>StreamingAssets>aa>StandaloneWindows64 then you can see files named like portrait assets all, default assets all.

But I don't know anything about Unity so I can't help any further than that.

Hi. Is there a way to delete some of the original in game pictures?
