The main problem is that your frame rate is about too high for the game that it spikes.

so to fix this is to v-sync; even though the game's config file's v-sync doesn't work, so the
only available option is to force it with Nvidia control panel.



1: Go to Nvidia control panel --> Manage 3d settings


from here you can either scroll down to where it says v-sync
though it would v-sync all games to 60fps.. if you dont want that keep scrolling down


2: Click Program settings (below Manage 3d settings) --> Lelect program --> Limbo

3: Scroll down a bit and you'll come across the v-sync option turn it on then apply
Apply button at bottom right
