As you press the button to climb the wall and/or your character starts the animation to climb, press the button to handstand flip.
This does not work for walls that are too high.

-> Left mouse click
-> R

Also, unfortunately, the cosmetics are mods , which as of yet (It was a couple of days ago, we got the multiplayer update) are not compatible. the mod author is hard at work though and is in contact with the game author. :winter2019happyyul:

This also works when vaulting surprisingly, its basically the same thing. Although if it is off an edge or railing you might fall
