ANOMALY: Muted V2 (LORE ACCURATE BUILD)

Beskrivelse
A new silence, one that'll silence the quietest Hustlers.

The Muted began as a collaborative project between participants who all made a character... Without communication.

However with the first Muted project going messy, I wanted to bring it up again and see what would happen with better connections

This build is the first and original version. A QA version will release eventually, with obvious missing balance tweaks and patches.

I hope you all enjoy!

This mod is fun as hell but you should like Base it off of Jere from @jere_anims from his character or make one similar because that would be cool as hell.

Tested a little bit more, hitting a stale reference with the move ".launch(arise,opponent).explode"
is essentially infinite because it acts like you hit the opponent and forces them into the grab anim regardless of distance (Damage included), and all you have to do to reset the situation is just reposition with "nullPos" to get back up to the stale reference you placed.

Hitting a stale reference with the move ".launch(arise,opponent).explode" is repeatable, idk if it's infinite yet but it can easily be repeated 5+ times and the enemy cant do anything about it lol

Also I noticed that anomaly doesn't have any abilities involving mutant, where he does with the other four vanilla characters... Do you plan on incorporating that in the future?
