Losing your drone can be a very frustrating experience.
Luckily for you through trial and error I have found a way to remove any ghost drones allowing you to spawn a new drone into the game.
You will need to be an admin of your world for this to work. dm/cm
Here are the commands you need to run in the order you need to run them in. Run all of these commands

jd (record drone id)
jd unstuck
jd clear
jd clear [drone id]
jd clear [player name]
jd clear all
jd clear 0
jd clear 1
jd
