having just tested this, what this means is that if your overall percent of quality is 95% but the last hit of each of those 95% was a max strength hit, your overall score will show better than 95% even though the sum of quality should be at or below 95%
for reference for how i tested this, i got a 95% on the guard, a 97% on the handle, then a 96% on the pommel, and yet when i inspected the weapon it said i had a 99% assembly score which otherwise makes no sense
What do you mean with this? If I hit too hard last hit it goes way above 100% and I lose a lot of quality.
There is a sweet spot temperature wise on when to dunk. Worth experimenting at lower temperatures than just the MAX from the heating furnace (~750ºC).
AT that max temp it will quickly quench the blade and you'll have to put it in and pull it out fairly quickly and you want to only dunk it once.
At lower temperatures you'll have more time to react. IF you can find the sweet spot you can dunk it and let it sit in the barrel and it will settle near the 99% and you can take your time removing it. If too low a temperature it won't temper enough and you'll have to reheat and try again.
