I dig the map and the puzzle, but why in the world did you tie the music to the sound volume instead of the music volume?? The music is driving me insane but I like the interaction sounds and the feedback from them

Really run. Thanks for making this! I did it on my second attempt.

OH MY! I LOVED THIS... *calms down* This was fabulous, I messed up the first attempt and had to restart but this is really original when compared to the other Sudoku levels on ES. I love love love it. I will tackle the miracle sudoku when my hubby will be free to help as I am not familiar with chess rules. I cannot say enough how much I love this level, GREAT JOB!

but the idea of fog is that when you solve the adjacent cells the fog reveals is it not?

Thats by design, groups of numbers will open up but not necessary all of one grid.

it seems to only work if you solve it in the "correct" order because i solved it in a different order and the fog did not move i.e. i started solving box 9 before box 3 was done

I figured since the pillars come down only when you have the numbers in the right spot and even go back up again if you remove the correct number, that was enough of a helper

In addition to the pillars coming down, it would be nice if there was a visual indication (such as the lights on the wall lighting up, as I mistakenly thought they would) to let you know when an entire section was completed correctly.

pretty fun level, though the line rules were misleading which got me stuck the first attempt. it implies that (spoiled just in case) all numbers that are on any segment of the line in a given box, sum to a value equal to the sum of all numbers on any segment of the line in another given box rather than each segment present in a box has the same sum, and all segments overall have the same sum. a completion indicator like the numbers from your other room would be nice too. once i understood what was going on though this room was really fun and ill probably be replaying it a lot, hope to see more sudoku rooms from you! :]

adding this to the sudoku collection as well! keep making them, I'm enjoying them a lot, and glad to take a break from sudoku building myself!
