Empty Garage Base

This is my first every mod made. Its a simple base with a large garage, kitchen and small side room. Military fence around the base, with a lake on each side of the entry point. Yes, there are supposed to be garage doors, but I made them like this on purpose as I still like to have to work for the base. Located north of Rosewood in cell x=23 y=29.
Feel free to add/remove from my mod as you want or upload to other stuff. Thanks and have fun!
p.s. The main road ALMOST lines up with the mods road. I will update it at some point.
