Beskrivning
This is a Tertiary spec designed as an alternative to the Low RNG Keeper spec, and inspired by both the original Keeper class and also my Proficiency Field Support class.

It has an increasing amount of randomness at higher ranks.

Lieutenant

Spec incompatibilities should make this an Uncommon spec.

This mod sets Denmother as a Rookie.
