Hey I got good news and bad news
Good news is I found out how to make the church guy viewable
Although the bad news is that the map keeps crashing for some reason, so sadly the most I can do is hand you the files and maybe you or someone else could go on from there

Hey man I hate to be the one to say this, but sadly with me being unable to replace the base Left 4 Dead maps or vscript its sadly impossible for me

Though possibly you could contact/comission others to make a vscript for this?

Sadly just found out its hard for just me to do on just the hammer editor, though with some vscripts maybe theres a chance stuff could work out for the church guy
