gm_funzone Modernized

A modern version of gm_funzone_final_fix, have both the new and old stuff in one package. The map file is called gm_funzone_final_fix_d.

Features:
-CSM support
-Cubemaps
-Plenty of ai nodes
-Paintable sky
-Lowered walls so teleports aren't necessary
-Navmesh
-Nicer ambient light

Removed:
-Airboat? tube coaster
-Infinite falling tunnel
-Map wide black hole cleaner
-Spawn panel functionality (only building blocks)
