You see a post-it note next to the safe that says: "CS/OO/BD".

The middle part is not actually "zero zero", but the letters "o o".

Hint #2

The letters are acronyms for the different job titles/roles in the office .

Hint #3

The answer to the acronyms:

CS = Customer Service
OO = Operating Office
BD = Bus Driver

Hint #4

For each acronym, you need to count the number of current employees for that role .

CS = Laura and Margaret
OO = Freddy
BD = Find the piece of paper on the floor near Freddy's desk, which tells you how many bus drivers there are

The Answer

So, the password is 2 1 4 , since there are two customer service agents (CS), one operation officer (OO), and four bus drivers (BD).

Oooohhh! I figured it all out up until hint 4 xD I thought the 4 from the note in the operating office was the number for OO, and the 2 was a number that was highlighted in the customer service area so figured 2 was for that, and I just tried process of elimination for the last one, cause I figured it meant bus driver, but couldn't find any highlighted number around his area and person. but I was wrong...close though! xD

OOOOOOOOOOH. Okay, I had it all solved until step 4. That threw me. I got confused because I guessed one number and it went with a wrong answer I was thinking.

I figured it out a little differently:

CS = "2" is highlighted when you examine the desks
BD = "4" is highlighted when you examine the note
OO = Freddy, who uses/steals people's mugs, mug on the desk by safe is "#1 Dad"

Similar except for the "1"
