How to do it:
To order your support frigate (Hiigaran) or Resource Collector (Incarnate) to repair a box selection, simply click the icon, or use the default hotkey of Y. Then drag over your desired selection! See the screenshot below.

It'st still buggy though, so be careful.
Prioritisation is also wonky, so you'll need to keep an eye and manually focus critical units

The real G here I wasn't aware of this.
