During before the Human-Covi war, the UNSC was developing a Heavy frigate to patrol the inner colonies, they had a plan laid out and that ship turned into the UNSC Gotland Class Heavy frigate, this ship itself would go to directly inspire the creation of the UNSC Paris-class frigate in 2520 and would be retired out in only 10 years, but several where made most notably the UNSC Vrango witch served in the home fleet for about 5 years.
