VHS Indoor Locations
There are a 12 VHS tapes in several locations indoors.

VHS Store: 1
 In front of the shelving on the far left of the store from the entrance.

Casino: 3
 1. Ground floor to the left of the prize wheel.
2. Second floor in the narrow section between the slot machines.
3. Second floor across from the roulette table.

RewindApp: 3
 1. Ground floor security room.
2. Upstairs just outside a meeting room.
3. In the room accessed by the second floor elevator.

Vice Automotive: 1
 Second floor, near the chairs.

Ocean City Real Estate: 1
Behind the dividers to the right of the entrance.

The Vice Drag: 1
 Behind the shelving in the center of the store.

Pizzeria: 1
 Beside the patron at the booth to the right upon entering.

 Behind the counter.

Yeah, a lot of people have had it bug-out on them. I'd try going over the guide again and/or report it to the devs in their discord, they are pretty responsive.

bugged? i went to each one but my passport only says 27/30. the VHS guy just says to bring him more tapes but there are none
