With the full name of 12,7 mm Čtyřkulomet vz.53 was a Czechoslovak anti-aircraft gun, composed of four 12.7mm DShK machine guns, thanks to this it had an insane rate of fire of 2000 rpm. While not many were produced, they served in multiple conflicts including the Vietnam war or the Six-day war

If you consider that one dshk has 500rpm than yes, but this is essentially a quad barrelled Dshk which means 4 are firing at the same time, which means it is really 500RPMx4 that equals 2000RPM which is pretty good espicially for helicopters, paratroopers, lightly armored vehicles and other aircrafts.
