Intro
Welcome to my no-nonsense guide for kill combos on Blake Belladonna.

First of all, who am I and why should you listen to me?

Well, my name is Kinru and I am a multi world record holding speedrunner of the game in a few different categories on multiple different characters on speedrun.com.

I am not meaning to toot my own horn by saying this, it's moreso just "credentials" so you can see that I know what I'm talking about and the strats listed have some merit to them. Because, let's be honest, anyone can make a guide.

For this guide, I will not be going over every single ability. There are already plenty of guides for that. I'm also assuming you have a general idea on what your moves are. If not, you can always preview another guide if you wish to find out what they are, although this is not necessary as the moves/buttons you need to press are already laid out here for you - look up the moves if you want to know what exactly it is you're doing if you're really not sure.

You will not need to know damage values of your attacks as each kill combo is already laid out for you. This is what makes this a no-nonsense guide, so that you can follow pre-assigned kill combos for each enemy.
Counter Cancels
I don't want to touch upon this too heavily, but it will benefit those who have no clue what these are.

Basically, after any aerial attack or any attack that PUTS you into the air, you can press the counter button (default key for PC being F, Xbox controller being B, Playstation controller O) to drop to the ground faster, almost to the point of it being instant. The only exceptions are ultimates and team attacks as the animations for these are set.

Why is this useful? You can unlock high-end movement and combat with it, that's why.

KEY:
L = Light attack
H = Heavy attack

MOVEMENT

Movement = Jump, Dash, Attack, Counter.
(Specific attack depends on character, use light/heavy attack to be safe)

Repeating this over and over while moving forward comes out faster than just jump+dashing by itself. These are called bunny hops.

Advanced movement = Hold Dash; Jump; Let go of dash and press it again, keep it held down again; Attack; Counter.

Holding down dash gives more height and distance of jumps, this will add more momentum to fast movement.

These are called dash bunny hops.

COMBAT
For combat it lets you repeat attacks faster or to stop an attack that has already finished by cancelling the end of the animation and going into something else.

For Blake, this means you can cancel her aerial attacks and her LLLH attack since she backflips after leaving the clone, thus making it an attack which makes her airborne.

NOTE: The end of Blake's aerial heavy attack is what does the damage of the attack, that is, the final strike. If you repeat this too quickly it will do minimal damage. Timing of pressing counter AFTER the final strike before jumping up and using the attack again is key to maximising damage output.

You can do double inputs in this game, meaning you can press 2 buttons and it will immediately do both actions providing they are feasible to execute together. For example, pressing jump+dash at the same time will cause both actions to go off at once, but pressing light attack + ultimate wouldn't since the animation times would conflict.

In this case, you can double input Jump+Heavy at the same time so that the attack A) goes off quicker than pressing the buttons one after the other and B) it will reduce the amount of airtime you gain from the initial jump, since if you press the buttons one after the other instead of together, you will rapidly be gaining air time even if it's just a few milliseconds apart.

Double inputting allows you to stay nearer the floor so that when you press counter, you will drop to the ground pretty much instantly and then can repeat the attack faster than otherwise. This makes her aerial heavy attacks stronger.
Creeps
Please note from here on out that times numbers - for example "x3" - that are beside an ability will have 2 separate meanings:

If it is by itself e.g. "x3" it means you repeat the single ability it is next to 3 times over.

If the times number is in brackets e.g. "(x3)" it means you repeat everything that lead up to that number 3 times over.

This makes it easier than writing "left click" for example 3 separate times or the whole sequence of a combo over again so it is more comprehensive to read while still allowing both meanings to be clear.

Now onto the combos.

For creeps you have a couple of solid choices:

OPTION 1:

Jump, Light attack, Heavy attack, Counter

PC: Space, left click, right click, F

Xbox controller: A, X, Y, B

Playstation: X, ☐, △, O

Kinru binds (mouse and keyboard): A, D, E, F

An aerial heavy combo by itself is not enough to kill a creep, but her aerial light attacks chain into aerial heavy instantly.

Remember to let the full aerial heavy attack hit before countering.

OPTION 2:

Jump, Shoot, Counter, Bunny hop (jump, dash, attack counter - use if you need to move in), Dash, Light attack, Uncharged Heavy

PC: Space, R, F, Shift, Left click, Right click

Xbox controller: A, Right Trigger, B, Left bumper, X, Y

Playstation: X, Right trigger, O, Left bumper, ☐, △

Kinru binds (mouse and keyboard): A, R, F, S, D, E

Depending on your distance from the creep, you may need to insert a bunny hop after the Jump, Shoot, Counter.

Video link if player doesn't work: https://youtu.be/lsv3Xdpjl_4
Beowolves
OPTION 1:

2x LLH

PC: Left click, left click, right click (repeat twice over)

Xbox: X, X, Y, (repeat twice over)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, △, (repeat twice over)

Kinru binds: D, D, E, (repeat twice over)

Although not 'advanced' this is still a solid way to kill beowolves if you're feeling lazy with button pushes. There are better ways to deal with them though, of course.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/FMz07Nf4pyI

OPTION 2:

Jump, Aerial heavy, Counter x3, Uncharged heavy

PC: Space, Right click, F (repeat sequence 3 times total), Right click (tap once)

Xbox: A, Y, F (repeat x3), Y (tap once)

Playstation: X, △, O (repeat x3), △ (tap once)

Kinru binds: A, E, F (repeat x3), E (tap once)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/wdPYc9hycy0

OR

Jump, Aerial heavy, F (repeat until team attack proc), Team attack

PC: Space, Right click, F (repeat until team attack proc), E

Xbox: A, Y, B (repeat until team attack proc), Right bumper

Playstation: X, △, O (repeat until team attack proc), Right bumper

Kinru binds: A, E, F (repeat until team attack proc), G

1st option if no team attack triggers. For the second option where it DOES trigger, you also have the option of just spamming aerial heavy until it dies and take advantage of the stun. Blake has a fast team attack animation, so time is not usually lost from opting for that over aerial heavy.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/F_TCE_VfFRk

OPTION 3:

Jump, Aerial heavy for 1st tick of the attack, Counter (repeat rapidly so only first 1-2 ticks hit until team attack procs), Team attack

PC: Space, Right click, F (repeat rapidly until proc), E

Xbox: A, Y, B (repeat rapidly until proc), Right bumper

Playstation: X, △, O (repeat rapidly until proc), Right bumper

Kinru binds: A, E, F (repeat rapidly until proc), G

This is the best way to proc team attacks in the game when done efficiently. Ren is close second. Use team attack when you see the proc.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/W1Lz5P4J8zI

  • NOTE: You must have hit it with the first tick at least 4+ times before using team attack else it will not kill the beowolf. If you get team attack proc on first hit and use the team attack, the beowolf will not die. Take advantage of the stun and use your other attacks to finish it off or damage it slightly more with one of those attacks and execute the team attack.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/vAoYX1EjSLM

  • NOTE 2: Executing team attacks cancels all other animations currently being used (except ultimates and other team attacks). This, plus countering an enemy attack, are the only instances of being able to 'cancel' grounded attacks in the game with their unwind animations. Meaning that, for example: Light, Light, Heavy attack, Team attack, would mean that the team attack is instantly executed without needing to sit through Blake's unwind animation from the Light, Light, Heavy.

OPTION 4:

LLLH, Counter, Charged Heavy

PC: Left click x3, Right click, Counter, Right click (hold)

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Y (hold)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, E (hold)

Not as optimal as other methods, but looks flashy. When timed right the LLLH will break the beowolf's guard as you're then already charging up a heavy attack. This will kill a beowolf outright.

>It is worth noting that you do NOT need to hold down the charged heavy for its full duration in order to recieve the charged up benefit. You can release it sooner before it automatically executes and still have the attack go off, so long as you time it right.<

NOTE:Pressing Counter at the END of Blake's Charged heavy and waiting for the recovery frames on counter animation is faster than the unwind animation for Blake's Charged heavy attack. In 99% Charged heavy cases, you will be pressing counter at the end to stop the attack sooner so you can move on to other things.
The 1% is for cases where pressing counter would counter a grimm and pull you into an aggressive pack, where you will instantly get downed.

FOR GROUPS:

Uncharged heavy x1 each beowolf, Fire ult when gathered.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/AL3PDqXS06c

OR

Jump, Light attack x2, Counter, Fire ult when gathered.

PC: Space, Left click x2, F, Q

Xbox: A, X x2, B, Left+Right bumpers

Playstation: X, ☐ x2, O, Left+Right bumpers

Kinru binds: A, D x2, F, Spacebar

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/4leaoZlJrcw

Second option more preferred due to being able to cancel the air attack after and land quicker to repeat on next beowolf. Uncharged heavy on the ground for each one is slow and clunky.

Just be wary about counter cancelling the Jump, Light attacks as enemies going to attack will be countered. Countering an enemy will stun it and make gathering them all up for an ult very difficult.

GROUP OPTION 2:

Jump, Ranged x3 (stunblade), Counter, Jump, Dash into group, Fire ult

PC: Space, R x3, F, Space, Shift, Q

Xbox: A, Right trigger x3, B, A, Left bumper, Left+Right bumpers

Playstation: X, Right trigger x3, O, X, Left bumper, Left+Right bumpers

Kinru binds: A, R x3, F, A, S, Spacebar

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/rEN_Ie16Mzo

Many people will already have learned this by themselves, but still worth mentioning.

GROUP OPTION 3:

Jump, Ranged x3 (stunblade), Counter, Charged heavy, Team attack

NOTE: This is specifically for when you have 1 talent upgraded into team attack so it can hit AoE (area of effect) and kill the remaining beowolves in a single strike from team attack.

PC: Space, R x3, F, Right click (hold), E (spam as you let go of right click)

Xbox: A, Right trigger x3, B, Y (hold), Right bumper (spam as you let go of Y)

Playstation: X, Right trigger x3, O, △ (hold), Right bumper (spam as you let go of △)

Kinru binds: A, R x3, F, E (hold), G (spam as you let go of E)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/ePzdfc9Rq5M

This only works if you group the beos together well. It's important to remember that they will always follow you based on your position, so that can allow you to ''herd' them into each other so they group up quicker, as demoed in the video. Blake's charged heavy will hit in the centre of the screen of where you aim it, which can also help to line this up better.
Note that autolock can interfere and cause it to ignore aiming for the centre and instead take you off where you wanted to aim, which can make this a lot less effective at times. It's just something you need to learn to live with.
Alpha Creeps
OPTION 1:

LLH, LLH, Uncharged heavy

PC: Left click, Left click, Left click, Left click, Right click, Right click (tap)

Xbox: X, X, Y, X, X, Y, Y (tap)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, △ ☐, ☐, △, △ (tap)

Kinru binds: D, D, E, D, D, E, E (tap)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/S9DzH_ESFYc

OPTION 2:

Jump, Light attack, Heavy attack, Counter, Jump, Heavy attack, Counter, Charged heavy

PC: Spacebar, Left click, Right click, F, Spacebar, Right click, F, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, X, Y, B, A, Y, B, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, ☐, △, O, X, △, O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, D, E, F, A, E, F, E (hold)

Insert dashes as needed after the first jump to close the gap, depending if you need to close distance so following attacks will land (basically, just use common sense to see what you need in the moment).

NOTE: Although not necessary for the kill, there is no harm in adding another aerial light attack in there before the second aerial heavy attack as this will generate more hitstreak towards ultimate which could be what you needed to gain the boost in meter. This means that the combo would look more like:

Jump, Light attack, Heavy attack, Counter, Jump, Dash, Light attack, Heavy attack, Counter, Charged heavy

PC: Spacebar, Left click, Right click, F, Spacebar, Left click, Right click, F, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, X, Y, B, A, X, Y, B, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, ☐, △, O, X, ☐, △, O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, D, E, F, A, D, E, F, E (hold)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/ybY5v__FOFw

It is worth noting that if you do this too close to the target, sometimes autolock will mess up and you'll just go through the target instead and miss your 2nd jump, heavy, counter. For this reason, you can see in the demo video that I turn and move to the side rather than straight forward after my first jump, heavy, counter so that I keep distance and can't go through my target.

OPTION 3:

Fire ult, Jump, Dash, Heavy attack, Counter, Uncharged heavy.

PC: Q, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Right click (single press)

Xbox: Right bumper+Left bumper, A, Left bumper, Y, B, Y (single press)

Playstation: Right bumper+Left bumper, X, Left bumper, △, O, △ (single press)

Kinru binds: Space, A, S, E, F, E (single press)

Same as above, you can insert light attack before the aerial heavy as it doesn't hinder how fast your aerial heavy comes out.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/GjKJCb5Ljhk

OPTION 4:

Jump, Ranged x3 (stunblade), Counter, Charged heavy, Team attack

PC: Space, R x3, F, Right click (hold), E

Xbox: A, Right trigger x3, B, Y (hold), Right bumper

Playstation: X, Right trigger x3, O, △ (hold), Right bumper

Kinru binds: A, R x3, F, E (hold), G

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/-Kka528heZk

Less optimal than other methods, but has its place.
Alpha Beowolves
These are interesting since they have a knockback animation if you hit them with a heavy attack soon after spawning. The animation will not trigger if they are given enough time to start their attack animation (usually 3 or so seconds after spawning in).

The backflip animation they do when being hit by a heavy attack costs time since you want them to attack so you can counter and charged heavy, but the knockback animation can take a while to complete compared to just letting them stand so they can use their counterable attack sooner.

However, if hit soon after the knockback animation, this will 'restand' the alpha beowolf and cancel its knockback animation, letting it attack and thus being able to be countered. This is important to know for the following combo.

OPTION 1:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLH x2 (first light attack will restand the alpha), Counter its attack, Charged heavy, Team attack

PC: Space, Right click, F, Space, Right click, F, Left click, Left click, Right click (x2), F, Right click (hold), E

Xbox: A, Y, B, A, Y, B, X, X, Y (x2), B, Y (hold), Right bumper

Playstation: X, △, O, X, △, O, ☐, ☐, △ (x2), O, △ (hold), Right bumper

Kinru binds: A, E, F, A, E, F, D, D, E (x2), F, E (hold), G

NOTE: Charged heavy on a stunned target is a guaranteed team attack setup, so there is no reason to delay using team attack after the charged heavy. Spam the team attack button as soon as you release the charged heavy button.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/d7m5VjkxFNI

OPTION 2:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLLH, Counter backflip, Fire ult, Jump, Dash, Aerial Heavy, Counter alpha beo attack, Charged heavy

PC: Space, Right click, F, Space, Right click, F, Left click (x3), Right click, F, Q, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, Y, B, A, Y, B, X, X, X, Y, B, Right bumper+Left bumper, A, Left bumper, Y, B, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, △, O, X, △, O, ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Right bumper+Left bumper, X, Left bumper, △, O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, A, E, F, D, D, D, E, F, Space, A, S, E, F, E (hold)

Requires precise timing, so to be used on alpha beos that you catch spawning in. It is likely that your jump, aerial heavy attack before countering its swing at you won't use the full attack. This is fine as you still have enough damage to kill it.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/NKTvp3xg9f4

OPTION 3:

Jump, Ranged x3, Counter, Charged heavy, Team attack, Fire ult

PC: Space, R x3, F, Right click (hold), E, Q

Xbox: A, Right trigger x3, B, Y (hold), Right bumper, Right bumper+Left bumper

Playstation: X, Right trigger x3, O, △ (hold), Right bumper, Right bumper+Left bumper

Kinru binds: A, R x3, F, E (hold), G, Space

NOTE: Fire ult should be spammed as the team attack is going off to ensure it is used as soon as the team attack animation ends and you are still above the alpha beowolf.
After ult is fired it is common for Blake to shoot outwards in the chosen direction away from the alpha beowolf. This works in any scenario where you use ult after a team attack.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/4fk8m988ncQ

Boarbatusks/Boars
OPTION 1:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLH, Fire ult, Charged heavy

PC: Space, Right click, F, Space, Right click, F, Left click, Left click, Right click, Q, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, Y, B, A, Y, B, X, X, Y, Right bumper+Left bumper, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, △, O, X, △, O, ☐, ☐, △, Right bumper+Left bumper, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, A, E, F, D, D, E, Space, E (hold)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/b7B5XAtTiuU

NOTE: You must be wary of which attack the boar is using. If it uses its melee one that you can counter, this combo is very fluid by backflipping via ult out of its strike range before re-initiating with charged heavy. However, if it chooses to use its charge attack, you will likely be put out of range from it from it moving backwards, so your charged heavy will miss and it will hit you with its charge attack instead.
To counter this, you can do a small bunny hop forwards to close distance before charging up your heavy attack, so you will always be in range. As you get more familiar with using this technique, your reaction time will become quicker and you'll be able to assess which attack the boar is using while backflipping through the air from your ult, giving you time to choose what to do upon landing, whether to bunny hop forward or not.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/-bVqvhbnhGc

OPTION 2:

Jump, Heavy, Counter (repeat x3), LLH, Uncharged heavy, Counter its attack, Charged heavy

PC: Space, Right click, F (x3), Left click, Left click, Right click, Right click (tap once), F, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, Y, B, A, Y, B, A, Y, B, X, X, Y, Y (tap once), B, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, △, O, X, △, O, X, △, O, ☐, ☐, △, △ (tap once), O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, A, E F, A, E, F, D, D, E, E (tap once), F, E (hold)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/dqqnJKMCAc4

NOTE: This will only work if you hit the boar as it spawns in, due to that nature of its attack timer before it is allowed to attack you after spawning. If you are too late, it will go to attack you before you can get the full combo off and there won't be enough damage to kill it.
Alternatively, if you are too late initiating the combo, you can aim the light attacks from your LLH away from the boar as this is what makes it "restand" in order to attack you. Aiming the light attacks away will cause its attack at you to come later, while also still giving you enough damage to kill it with the combo despite your light attacks not hitting.

If it chooses its charge attack instead of its counterable attack, drop a fire ult after the combo to finish it off before it uses its charge. If none are available, wait for it to charge so you can counter and use a charged heavy to finish it off.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/6I7I9OZVQYc

We are also taking advantage of things like counter/team attack executes to cancel the down portion of our attack animations. In this case, it will be for Blake's uncharged heavy after the LLH combo. We are cancelling the animation of her bringing her weapons back by countering the boar.

OPTION 3:

While not "advanced" this combo is worth mentioning due to its effectiveness and beginner-friendly nature.

Jump, Range x3 (stunblades), Counter, Charged heavy, Team attack

PC: Space, R x3, F, Right click (hold), E

Xbox: A, Right trigger x3, B, Y (hold), Right bumper

Playstation: X, Right trigger x3, O, △ (hold), Right bumper

Kinru binds: A, R x3, F, E (hold), G

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/9QwUTOjqEkk

NOTE: You only need the first upgrade in Blake's team attack talent tree in order for this to land a kill. Full team attack upgrade is rarely worth it, given that the extra slash it gives you is part of the "light attack" portion of the team attack, when it is the end slash of the team attack that does the real damage.
2 talent points to add an extra light attack is not worth it. The full upgraded team attack will hit it with all 5 slashes and barely do any extra damage. If anything, it makes you overkill the boar slightly from that 1 extra light attack. If you are speedrunning, this also means it's going to cost you time since you are adding an extra attack into the animation when it is not needed in order to land the kill.

Blake does not gain any extra hitstreaks from hitting nearby grimm with her team attacks either, so the extra slash does not even provide any benefit to acquiring more ultimates in situations where a lot of grimm are present.

Again, please spam team attack after the charged heavy button has been released in order to execute it instantly.
Red Androids
It is worth noting that androids have the same HP value that boars do, so some combos can be applicable for both.

OPTION 1:

This will differ slightly depending on when you initiate on the android. If it is on spawnin, the combo will be as follows:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLLH, Counter, LLH, Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter, LLH

PC: Space, Right click, F, Left click x3, Right click, F, Left click x2, Right click, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Left click x2, Right click

Xbox: A, Y, B, X, X, X, Y, B, X, X, Y, A, Left bumper, Y, B, X, X, Y

Playstation: X, △, O, ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, ☐, ☐, △, X, Left bumper, △, O, ☐, ☐, △

Kinru binds: A, E, F, D, D, D, E, F, D, D, E, A, S, E, F, D, D, E

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/_DJCMNcVsDE

If it is after spawnin, you will need to insert an uncharged heavy at the end of the combo. This will be as follows:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLLH, Counter, LLH, Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter, LLH, Uncharged heavy

PC: Space, Right click, F, Left click x3, Right click, F, Left click x2, Right click, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Left click x2, Right click, Right click (tap once)

Xbox: A, Y, B, X, X, X, Y, B, X, X, Y, A, Left bumper, Y, B, X, X, Y, Y (tap once)

Playstation: X, △, O, ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, ☐, ☐, △, X, Left bumper, △, O, ☐, ☐, △, △ (tap once)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, D, D, D, E, F, D, D, E, A, S, E, F, D, D, E, E (tap once)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/ZSaXjrLSyIs

NOTE: There are better ways of dealing with red androids than this, but it gives you an option to deal with one in those situations when you are out of ults and don't have stunblades talented.

OPTION 2:

Again, this will differ depending on when you catch it. If on spawnin, use the following combo:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter, Uncharged heavy

PC: Right click, F, Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Right click (tap once)

Xbox: A, Y, B, X, X, X, Y, B, Right bumper+Left bumper, A, Left bumper, Y, B, Y (tap once)

Playstation: X, △, O, ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Right bumper+Left bumper, X, Left bumper, △, O, △ (tap once)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, D, D, D, E, F, Space, A, S, E, F, E (tap once)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/P9U-IxRVGBU

If you catch it after it spawns in, use the following combo:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Counter its attack, Charged heavy

PC: Right click, F, Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, F, Right click (hold)

Xbox: A, Y, B, X, X, X, Y, B, Right bumper+Left bumper, B, Y (hold)

Playstation: X, △, O, ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Right bumper+Left bumper, O, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, D, D, D, E, F, Space, F, E (hold)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/4GQTkfXOgH0

NOTE: In case you did not know, red androids will use an attack based on your position relative to them. If you are too close, they will always use an uncounterable attack indicated by a red marker above its head. You need to hit a 'sweet spot' by being not too close and not too far from it. By ulting, your backflip from the ult animation puts you into this sweet spot before it goes to attack, allowing you counter its attack on you before going in for charged heavy while it's stunned from the counter.

OPTION 3:

Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter, Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter, Uncharged heavy
Repeat this 3 times in total for the kill.

PC: Space, Shift, Right click, F, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Right click (tap) (Repeat 3 times total for kill)

Xbox: A, Left bumper, Y, B, A, Left bumper, Y, B, Y (tap) (Repeat 3 times total for kill)

Playstation: X, Left bumper, △, O, X, Left bumper, △, O, △ (tap) (Repeat 3 times total for kill)

Kinru binds: A, S, E, F, A, S, E, F, E (tap) (Repeat 3 times total for kill)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/SfMsVGBgGTw

NOTE: Using the uncharged heavy at the end of the 2 aerial heavies resets the guard of the android, meaning that it won't break out of your combo to do its counter attack as it usually would if you just kept beating on it.

OR

Same as above, except before your 2nd uncharged heavy you will use a fire ult to finish it off.
So it will be:

Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter x2, Uncharged heavy, Jump, Dash, Heavy, Counter x2, Fire ult

Ursas
I generally use the same opener for these since the attack you want it to use to stun itself is random. This means there is no "flat" kill strategy like some other grimm. It will vary each time you encounter them. Having said this, I have a few kill strategies to account for each scenario.

LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Move back in after ult flipping you away, Jump, Heavy, Counter (spam until rock attack)

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, Move back in, Space, Right click, F (until rock attack)

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, A, Y, B (until rock attack)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, X, △, O (until rock attack)

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, Space, Move back in, A, E, F (until rock attack)

This is my general opener vs these guys. Now I will say in this case that this probably isn't the most optimal method. Generally Blake's LLLH is pretty bad and we only use it for its utility to break a guard or for optimal mutant beo kill strats. I just have a love for counter cancelling her LLLH right into a fire ult so that both the shadow clone from LLLH and fire ult clone explode at almost the same time.
I call this the Blake Bomb and it is damn fun to do and so I will always keep doing it. It doesn't overly matter in this scenario anyway given that the thing that allows you do to maximum damage to the Ursa (its self-stun attack) is randomly given to you by it, so going for a Blake Bomb over a LLH combo + fire ult isn't going to make or break the kill as much as RNG is going to, despite how the 2nd option will do more overall damage.

With that said, let's get into the combos and how you adapt for each scenario.

OPTION 1:

LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Jump, Heavy, Counter, >it uses rock attack as its first move<, Dodge the attack, Charged heavy, LLLH, Counter, Jump, Heavy, Counter, Uncharged heavy

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, Move back in, Space, Right click, F, Shift (to dodge rock attack), Right click (hold), Left click x3, Right click, F, Space, Right click, F, Right click (tap)

OR

LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Jump, Heavy, Counter, >it uses rock attack as its first move<, Dodge the attack, Charged heavy, LLLH, Counter, Uncharged heavy, Team attack (press TA after uncharged heavy hits to cancel its unwind animation).

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, Move back in, Space, Right click, F, Shift (to dodge rock attack), Right click (hold), Left click x3, Right click, F, Right click (tap), E

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, A, Y, B, Left bumper (to dodge rock attack), Y (hold), X, X, X, Y, B, Y (tap), Right bumper

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, X, △, O, Left bumper (to dodge rock attack), △ (hold), ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, △ (tap), Right bumper

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, Space, A, E, F, S (to dodge rock attack), E (hold), D, D, D, E, F, E (tap), G

Both are just as good as each other, use which you're most comfortable with.

Do not forget to use Counter after your charged heavy lands so that you get out of the unwind animation faster.

OPTION 2:

LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Jump, Heavy, Counter, >it uses rock attack as its second move<, Dodge the attack, Charged heavy, Team attack

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, Q, Move back in, Space, Right click, F (repeat jump, heavy, counter until rock attack, in this case it happens 2nd attack), Shift (to dodge rock attack), Right click (hold), E

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, A, Y, B (repeat jump, heavy, counter until rock attack, in this case it happens 2nd attack), Left bumper (to dodge rock attack), Y (hold), Right bumper

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Left bumper+Right bumper, Move back in, X, △, O (repeat jump, heavy, counter until rock attack, in this case it happens 2nd attack), Left bumper (to dodge rock attack), △ (hold), Right bumper

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, Space, A, E, F (repeat jump, heavy, counter until rock attack, in this case it happens 2nd attack), S (to dodge rock attack), E (hold), G

Usually by this point the Ursa is already weakened from Jump, Heavy, Counter spam that this is all you need to finish it after its 2nd attack.

OPTION 3:

If you are trying one of the above combos but it's one of those stubborn Ursas who don't use their rock attack, you can keep spamming Jump, Heavy, Counter at it (provides high ult gain in the process). If it never does its attack, you can do the following combo after its 3rd slash attack at you:

Fire ult to dodge its swing and use LLH as a finisher as it does more overall damage than J+H+C (but it is slower with its animations, so the attacks have similar DPS) but as it is used as a finisher in this case to take advantage of its extra damage, it is better than J+H+C due to it killing the target.

The combo is therefore:

Jump, Heavy, Counter (repeated until its 3rd attack at you), Fire ult (won't be needed if it goes for 4+ instead of 3 swing attacks at you in a row), LLH to finish it to capitalize on its extra damage.

PC: Space, Right click, F, Q, Left click, Left click, Right click

Xbox: A, Y, B, Left bumper+Right bumper, X, X, Y

Playstation: X, △, O, Left bumper+Right bumper, ☐, ☐, △

Kinru binds: A, E, F, Space, D, D, E

Ursa Major
There is only 1 option I recommend for this. Note that this is aimed towards single player where you take it down solo, as Ursa Major can only take 12 hits while stunned before breaking free and knowing what your teammates will be doing is impossible.
Online lag can also make it take more than 12 hits, factoring in more variables to make it even more impossible to determine. For this reason, online lobbies you will need to improvise. (It's still possible to utilise the general attacks in the combo in online lobbies, just not the full thing). Online lag does allow some quick kills on the Ursa Major, though, due to it taking more than 12 hits like it should.

Have 3 ults ready. (Fire)

Jump; Heavy; Counter (Spam this in its face until it uses rock attack to stun itself); Once stunned, walk past it a bit so you factor in your backflips putting you out of range but it is still in range of explosion of fire ult; Fire ult x3; Bunny hop back into range (Jump, Dash, Attack, Counter); Uncharged heavy spam (Spam the button so the attack is used immediately when it is able to keep the stun active on the Ursa Major. Alternatively, learn the timing of when you need to press the button)

Without all the added text, the combo is:

Jump, Heavy, Counter, Fire ult x3, Bunny hop (Jump, Dash, Attack, Counter), Uncharged heavy x9

PC: Space, Right click, F, Walk past Ursa Major, Q, Q, Q, Space, Shift, Right click, F, Right click x9 (tap)

Xbox: A, Y, B, Walk past Ursa Major, Left bumper+Right bumper x3, A, Left bumper, Y, B, Y x9 (tap)

Playstation: X, △, O, Walk past Ursa Major, Left bumper+Right bumper x3, A, Left bumper, △, O, △ x9 (tap)

Kinru binds: A, E, F, Walk past Ursa Major, Space x3, A, S, E, F, E x9 (tap)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/FkgwJVKss44

This combo will leave the Ursa Major on very low HP, depending on how long it took to instigate its rock attack in the first place. If it uses rock attack as its first attack, this combo should drop it to about 1/10 hp. A second rock attack thereafter will give you a very quick kill on this boss (Jump, Heavy, Counter, Uncharged heavy will secure the kill at this HP value, but likely you will be hitting it with Jump, Heavy, Counter spam beforehand to vary its HP).

If it continues to use slash attacks at you at this stage, spam Jump, Heavy, Counter until dead or you regenerate another fire ult, or use LLH to finish with its extra damage.

NOTE: After it takes 12 hits, it will use a damaging area of effect counter attack. Dodge through it, which will work even at point blank range so you can keep attacking it.

Mutated Creep
There is not much to say about these, but I may as well mention them.

OPTION 1:

Tap shoot x3

PC: Space, R, F (x3)

Xbox: A, Right trigger, B (x3)

Playstation: X, Right trigger, O (x3)

Kinru binds: A, R, F (x3)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/K08XC5ql0hQ

Tap shooting is when you jump into the air and fire a single bullet before pressing the counter button to drop to the ground faster, since it was an attack used in the air. Repeating this 3 times fast will kill the mutated creep very quickly.

OPTION 2:

Aerial heavy attack in melee range.

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/K08XC5ql0hQ

Barely worth mentioning, but at least gives you a staple when they're close. Careful of using counter cancelled aerial heavies when multiples of mutated grimm are nearby, since countering one will cause it to explode.
Mutated Beowolf
Now the fun begins.

OPTION 1:

LLLH, Counter, Shoot, Counter, Uncharged heavy (both the shot and uncharged heavy hitting the mutated beowolf before the clone from the LLLH explodes), Charged heavy, Bunny hop away, Go for another LLLH but aim the light attacks away from it so you do not move back into its counter attack, Dash after the 3 lights back into it (using a dash between combos will still "store" the heavy you had charged up, but it does not store for very long on Blake so you must still be quick), use the stored heavy from LLLH, Counter, Shoot, Counter, Uncharged heavy, Charged heavy, back away as it counter attacks again, tap shoot to initiate stun once counter animation ends (Jump, Shoot, Counter), Uncharged heavy.

The details needed to be mentioned here so as not to get lost during the combo. Now again without the extra details:

LLLH, Counter, Shoot, Counter, Uncharged heavy, Charged heavy, Bunny hop away, LLLH (light attacks aimed away), Dash into it, Use stored heavy from LLL, Counter, Shoot, Counter, Uncharged heavy, Charged heavy, Back away, Tap shoot to restun, Uncharged heavy

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, R, F, Right click (tap), Right click (hold), Bunny hop/move away from counterattack, Left click x3 (aim away), Shift (into mutant beo), Right click, F, R, F, Right click (tap), Right click (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (Space, R, F), Move back in, Right click (tap)

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Right trigger, B, Y (tap), Y (hold), Bunny hop/move away, X, X, X (aimed away), Left bumper (into mutant beo), Y, B, R, B, Y (tap), Y (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (A, Right trigger, B), Move back in, Y (tap)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Right trigger, O, △ (tap), △ (hold), Bunny hop/move away, ☐, ☐, ☐ (aimed away), Left bumper (into mutant beo), △ , O, Right trigger, O, △ (tap), △ (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (X, Right trigger, O), Move back in, △ (tap)

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, R, F, E (tap), E (hold), Bunny hop/move away, D, D, D (aimed away), S (into mutant beo), E, F, R, F, E (tap), E (hold), Bunny hop/move away, R, Move back in, E (tap)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/YuhxPbbj9_U

OPTION 2:

Similar to before, but with a different ending.

LLLH, Counter, Shoot, Uncharged heavy, Charged heavy, Bunny hop away, Fire ult, Tap shoot x2(Jump, Shoot, Counter) this will instigate the stun on the mutant beowolf as the ult explodes so it takes full damage and re-instigating the stun once the ult lands, Charged heavy (this will be all 3 hits on its stunned state - Ult, Shot, Charged heavy), Bunny hop away, Tap shoot after its counter attack ends, Bunny hop in, Uncharged heavy

PC: Left click x3, Right click, F, R, F, Right click (tap), Right click (hold), Bunny hop/move away from counterattack, Q, R, F, R, Right click (hold), Bunny hope/move away, Tap shoot (Space, R, F), Move in, Right click (tap)

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Right trigger, B, Y (tap), Y (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Left bumper+Right bumper, Right trigger, B, Right trigger, B, Y (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (A, Right trigger, B), Move in, Y (tap)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, O, Right trigger, O, △ (tap), △ (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Left bumper+Right bumper, Right trigger, O, Right trigger, O, △ (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (X, Right trigger, O), Move in, △ (tap)

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, F, R, F, E (tap), E (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Space, R, F, R, F, E (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Tap shoot (A, R, F), Move in, E (tap)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/vEIkfC3xOAs

OPTION 3:

The fastest way to kill mutant beowolves on Blake but, to me, is the hardest to pull off.

LLLH, Counter, Dash forward, Fire ult, Charged heavy the INSTANT you land and with ONLY charging it to the millisecond it is available to change from Uncharged to Charged (if you are late with either of these things, this WILL NOT WORK), Bunny hop away, LLLH with Lights facing away, Dash back into mutant beo to use the stored heavy, Counter, Shoot, Uncharged heavy, Charged heavy

PC: Left click x3, Right click, Shift, Q, Right click (hold), Bunny hop/move away, Left click x3 (aimed away from mutant beo), Shift (back into mutant beo), Right click, F, R, F, Right click (tap), Right click (hold)

Xbox: X, X, X, Y, B, Left bumper, Left bumper+Right bumper, Y (hold), Bunny hop/move away, X, X, X (aimed away from mutant beo), Left bumper (back into mutant beo), Y, B, Right trigger, B, Y (tap), Y (hold)

Playstation: ☐, ☐, ☐, △, Left bumper, Left bumper+Right bumper, △ (hold), Bunny hop/move away, ☐, ☐, ☐ (aimed away from mutant beo), Left bumper (back into mutant beo), △, O, Right trigger, O, △ (tap), △ (hold)

Kinru binds: D, D, D, E, S, Space, E (hold), Bunny hop/move away, D, D, D (aimed away from mutant beo), S (back into mutant beo), E, F, R, F, E (tap), E (hold)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/uc1paraaTBE

This is the only known method to kill a mutant beowolf with only 1 counter attack from it.

BACKUP:

If you fail the timings on anything or just fail in general, you can fall back to using Dash, Heavy x2, Charged heavy to hit the 3 hit limit on the mutant beowolf's stun. Just be wary if you have already taken 1 or more "charges" from its 3 hit limit as else you will just Dash, Heavy and cause its counter attack while only inflicting minimal damage.

PC: Shift, Right click, Shift, Right click, Right click (hold)

Xbox: Left bumper, Y, Left bumper, Y, Y (hold)

Playstation: Left bumper, △, Left bumper, △, △ (hold)

Kinru binds: S, E, S, E, E (hold)

Mutated Deathstalker
Probably one of the easier characters to face the Mutated Deathstalker with.

The general "kill combo" is obviously only for when its tail is down and is as follows:

Charged heavy, Counter (once the charged heavy lands so the unwind animation finishes sooner), Fire ult, Uncharged heavy

PC: Right click (hold), F, Q, Right click (tap)

Xbox: Y (hold), B, Left bumper+Right bumper, Y (tap)

Playstation: △ (hold), O, Left bumper+Right bumper, △ (tap)

Kinru binds: E (hold), F, Space, E (tap)

Video link if embed does not work: https://youtu.be/UGn3MRi_H-o

Your uncharged heavy will hit the tail at about the same time as fire ult explodes, meaning all 3 attacks will land and deal the most damage possible to the tail in 1 cycle.

As with the Ursa Major, this is single player focused, due to the fact that knowing what your teammates (and how many there are, etc) are doing is impossible to gauge and write in a guide. You can still try to incorporate some of the combo if you are able, like a fire ult into uncharged heavy while your teammates do other things.
It is possible, again, to deal more damage to the tail when it is down than is meant to be possible with online lag. This is how the 1 hit tail cycle is possible with Jaune + 2 Pyrrhas.

A few general tips as well to make your life easier:

You need to face the boss when it is above ground so it can begin its attack cycle and place its tail at the end. If you are too far away or not in front of it, it will try to search for you and then re-burrow once it realizes you're not there. All this accomplishes is delaying how long the fight takes and increases the odds random things like android grenades can down you.

You can spam stunblades at it while it is above ground to keep your meter up ready for each kill combo (optimally with Jump, shootx3, counter). The blades will hit it a few times as it passes through its body, increasing your hitstreak and providing more ults. Alternatively, you can tap shoot rapidly to gain fast ult meter.
Deathstalkers (Horde/Gauntlet Only)
Not much to say on these guys except you'll only encounter them in horde or gauntlet.

NOTE: If playing in gauntlet, these kill strats are only applicable for gauntlet 1 before their hp increases.

NOTE: Deathstalkers have no knockback effect - same as Ursas - meaning you can spam this next to them without worrying about inserting a dash to catch back up to them. In groups of deathstalkers, this generates a LOT of ultimate gauge.

You can also use team attack nearer the end if it procs.

OPTION 6:

LLLH, Counter, Fire ult, Bunny hop forwards, Uncharged heavy

Summary
Blake is a unique character in Grimm Eclipse and has many different options available. The beauty of this game is that each character has their own unique flair, something that operates differently compared to others.

While not an absolute powerhouse compared to characters like Nora or Yang, Blake does pack quite the punch still with her almost ninja-like approach to combat situations. She is versatile and flexible with how she wants to go about things and can be just as effective as other fighters due to her adaptive nature.

Feel free to leave a comment if you have any further questions regarding Blake or if you just wish to leave one in general, as feedback is always appreciated.

Thanks for reading!
