The devs have made changes to the game. Budgets have been lowered for some bridges, and the physics have been changed making some constructions no longer viable.

A lot of bridge didn't work

I don't know what to say, I just rerun simulation and it works. The bridge may break, but the truck passes. Here is the picture in full resolution in case you missed some part (check the cost):
