Basically you and your opponent have to kill each other at the same time. The time is not a way to get a draw, only if both kill each other is a real draw.

The best strategy i found to do this is spam Uppercuts, let me explain...

• Step 1
  You need a friend, or someone who is up to help you, to play in the same server as you.
  
  
• Step 2
  You two choose Ninja. From now on, you two use the same moves always.
  
  
• Step 3
  Use super dash to get close to your opponent
  
  
• Step 4
  Uppercut, you two will get hit at the same time since it will count as a trade, you two will fly after this
  
  
• Step 5
  Use super falls to get down as quickly as possible
  
  
• Step 6
  Repeat until you two die at the same time
