This is an achievement that's a bit bugged out. It took me ten different tries until i got it right, but i finally discovered the solution.

-The first thing you need to do is go into your settings and set the gamma to zero. Despite the fearless mode lowering it for you, turns out you also need to manually decrease it to the minimum. You're gonna need to do your entire playthrough with the settings like that, don't touch it at all during your run!!!

-Secondly you need to finish chapter 3 by doing the good ending, it's the one where you climb the fence and run towards the cops (don't go into the eye for the void ending and don't go into the vent for the bonus nightmare ending)

-I recommend setting your game quality to LOW, it helps a ton with visibility, but during chapter three you should still pick-up a candle on the altar near the eye that leads to the void ending that way in the tunnel and in the corridor maze you're gonna have a much easier time.

-Don't be scared to tinker with your PC's monitor/steamdeck brightness to help you see even better in dark areas.
