yeah so for this badge you jhave to ARREST either a SUSPECT or a CIVILIAN

hard, i know. that's why I made this guide. good luck soldier.
how to get it
so basicalyl what you want to do is go to a civilian (guy that DOESNT hsave a gun) and you want to press F so he stops resisting and then aftert you do that he is going to be like "ok ok" and then yeah

after that you want to vbasically just make sure that there are no suspects (guys WITH guns) and then you go up to the civilian and you hold F and there you go. yyou can basically bneat the entire game now.

gun somehow ended up my butt when i followed this

I kept left clicking and the civilian was eventually willing to lay down, there was no need for holding F at all. Also, it immediately cleared one of the objectives once I left clicked.

Mister this guide isn't helping, one of the civilians straight up took my g from my holster and cleared the whole map himself

Did not help the civilian punched me in the balls and laughed at me in front of my entire squad.
