In the main menu go to "Settings"

Go to the "Gameplay" tab
Set the difficulty as in the screenshot:

Next go to the "Controls" tab

Check what shooting mode we have set

If it’s the same (“Aim to shoot”), don’t change it

During the game you will be dealt damage, when you deal enough damage to the enemy there will be a circle under them, press “E” and thereby you will eat him and restore your health a little.
It also helps to finish off the enemy faster.
And don't forget to choose a weapon, I recommend taking a couple from "GYZER 9000".⠀
