Grindiwald its super simple! after you moved the hand at a fast pace you want to quickly stop it at a position you want, after that you can animate it by moving its position very little and do this by each key frame! after you're done with like 7 or 6 frames then you could delete some of those key frames if you want to smooth it out

you can do the same thing with the elbow, I only do those recoil shakes with IK rigs
